Luke brought me to a theme park. It feels so uncomfortable because people are looking at us. Duh, of course I know why. They must've been wondering what Calvin Klein's model are doing here with me. Got it? In the theme park with someone like Charlotte Davis.
As we were queuing up to get the ticket, there were two girls, probably same age, approached us. Not exactly. I can easily identify what are they doing by just looking at their eyes. They are going to flirt. Such a cheap chick!
"Hey there" The girls greeted him while touching his chest with a flirty look.
"Oh, hey there sweety" He responded the girls and they started to chuckled.
"So, what are you doing in a place like this, charming?" one of the girl asked him.
A glimps jealousy quickly take over myself. What is this for? Is this a day for us to get to know each other or what? Oh, I got it now. Apparently, Maybelle was right. I'm his new target now. Doesn't matter if he has a girlfriend or not, he will always flirt with other girl and I just realized how fool I am to ever think that this is a start for something special between us.
Holding on my tears, I quickly walked away without turning back. I could hear Luke calling my name a few times but I pretended not to. I can't let myself being fool by a ladies' girl like him.
I sat on an empty bench sobbing alone when someone came and gave me a piece tissue. When I looked up to see who is it, it was Michael standing in front of me.
"Charlotte, are you alright? "
"Michael...." suddenly I felt a tear running down my cheek.
"Shhh, it's okay. You can cry as much as you want now." he said while hugging me tight.
This is it. The real reason why I loved him. He will always be there helping me when I need to. No matter how big the distance we are apart, he will always by my side.
Luke POV
"So, what are you doing in a place like this, charming?" one of the girl asked me.
"Well, it was mine and my friend's day out actually" I answered them. Suddenly their expression change to jealousy.
"Where is that friend of yours then?"
"She's here. Wait, where is she? She was here, right next to me!"
"Oh you mean the one that left just now?"
"What, what! Oh no"
"Charlotte! Charlotte! Hey wait!
"Bye girls. I have to go" I said to them as I was about to run after Charlotte but suddenly one of the girl stop me.
"Wait, here's our number. Call us when you have a free time, promise?" was the girl's last word before they ended up kissing both of my cheek leaving a mark.
"I will"
Where is she? I've been looking for good fifteen minutes and still can't find her anywhere. Wait, is that... her? Who the hell is that guy she hug with?
"Charlotte! " I grab her wrist and broke their hug apart.
"Luke... Let me go!"
"Why?" I asked her
"She said let her go! " Suddenly a guy stood up and butt in our conversation. When I look at him, my jaw dropped. Michael Hallaway? What is he doing here? And why is he hugging Charlotte?
"You don't have a right to butt in. And you!" I look at Charlotte fiercely. "Follow me". I grabbed her wrist violently and took her far away from that spot.
Charlotte POV
Luke grabbed my wrist violently. It was the scariest face of him I've ever seen. "Follow me". He continued his sentence. I found myself obeyed to his command because I was so scared. Who thought a gang leader would be this scary when they're angry
Luke took me to the roller coaster ride and sat down right next to me.
"Charlotte, I know I was wrong. Can you forgive me? Please. I'm begging you. Just for this last time time." he begged.
"You know, I guess I just can't stay mad at you for a long period" I sighted.
"Thanks a lot."
After we done riding the roller coaster, Luke bought me a cotton candy, an ice cream and even won me a cute teddy bear. I must admit that he's really good at this game because he won this teddy bear on his first shot.
When the time strikes at 4pm, he took me to a cinema to watch a movie. He chose a love story for us to watch. It was so awkward every time when the 5€x part show up. Even so, I had finish my popcorn in the middle of the story but Luke was so kind to shared his with me.
After the movie ended at 5:45pm, Luke took me to an Italian food restaurant to eat. Right after we finish eating, we went to buy stuff for mine and Maybelle's sleepover.
Luke gave me a lift home. I am so happy as if I am the happiest human alive!
"No goodbye kiss?" He asked me with a puppy face
"Not in a million years, Luke. Anyway, I really enjoy our day out. Thank's for everything!"
"I'm glad so. Goodbye Charlotte! Have a nice sleep.
