Heloo!! Thankyou for the number of reads. I just wanted to point out that Joshua's dad is going out for a 3 week trip not a trip to Singapore in three weeks . I am sorry for the mistake ;] Enjoy reading and I would appreciate any votes or comments ^-^ .

Alex's POV

Today it seems like......I have entered a complete different world . I was in a world where I was happy not fake happy but really happy . I heard Joshua sing , I talked with Ryan and Bethany about things and had a proper conversation. It was as if I am born again . I stop the car at the pavement because there was my mum's car and someone else's car in the garage. Who would come visit us .......

I open the door and walk in ........just to see my mum in the arms of Mr.Smith and they are kissing . The scene hits me like a hurricane. I can feel my heart contract , i put my hand on the wall for support . Today.......it was the happiest day I had in my life and now its all tearing apart into fragments that can never be joined back. 

I don't know what to do . I just stand there and clear my throat. "err mum  i am home" They look at me full of fear and they look shocked. I look at the person......uh oh i dont know that person its not Mr.Smith...but they look so ridiculously similar . I don't know why I panicked back there even if it was Mr.Smith Joshua and I would be brothers and that would be great I mean I would get to see him more often. Ugh , I don't know what i am talking about . 

I can't handle this. I mean she is with a man without even asking me or about my feelings. Does she even care about me. I just go upstairs as she tries to explain things. Its the same reason every time . Oh yeah this has happened before not something new I just panicked cause i thought it was Mr.Smith. I don't even care any more "Amur verus numquam moritur : true love never dies" : its not true, is her love even like a mothers love ?

I lay down and think , when I am 18 I am going to make sure that I leave this house on my birthday. I can begin my new life without any things that trigger my memory , without any things that make me feel unwanted and worthless.

I wonder what is everyone doing. My phone vibrates "hey sweet angel,have a good evening" I see that and my heart speeds up I check the number.....oh its not from him . I  feel disappointment creep in me .I don't even know why I hoped it would be him. Its just some random person. I get up and get dressed I am already running late for my work, yes I work even though I  don't need to work I just like going away from this house .

I get in the car and start driving. I get in and get changed into my work clothes well here I go I say and start working.

I am not a chef or anything but I like decorating cakes and cupcakes so I do the icings and stuff . I work in a bakery in the town I don't have to worry about anyone knowing about it because I work in the kitchen anyways and the owner of the bakery is my uncle if you are wondering how can a 16 year old boy can get a work. I am decorating the cupcakes for display today so i get into it . I use butter cream first and use coloured rolled fontand to make little yellow daisies since tomorrow is going to be sunny. I do four of those and do others with different icings and decoration . I still had extra four to do so I decided to make it for our little group. I did bethany's sky blue and with a smiley face because its just like her all happy and cool. I did Ryan's white and building it up like flower petals I also did little red tulips on the edge cause he is sweet and makes Bethany happy . I don't know how to do Joshua's so I just did what I would do with mine , I build-ed up the icing and decorated with glitter little bit so it sparkled next I did some tiny stencils with the fondant saying thank you and a little heart . I did mine just plain chocolate. I hope they like I think as I put the ones for the display in the fridge and pack mine .
