Remember weakness is not an inherited trait. It's something we make ourselves believe. The same can go for strength. If you want to be strong physically you must practice and train your muscles. If you want to strengthen your spirit you must also practice and trust it. Believe in yourself.

Question:

How does one "practice" their spirit?

I think it's as simple as giving it simple jobs. Find something you lack confidence in. Maybe talking to people, or your talent(s). Try training your confidence by taking small steps toward those big goals. If the challenge is too much to take on alone, then get your own "personal trainer" someone to help. It may seem hard at first, but all scary and new things start out that way.
