BLOOD. She was soaked with the putrid smelling stuff. It was dried under her nails, matted in her hair, crusted on her skin. And she wanted it off.
Liliana had got Kinney back to castle black before he kicked the bucket, thankfully. Yet she still had to help him back, when he fell of his horse, when he couldn't even hold the reins with his only hand left. And during that time, he had been pouring blood everywhere and anywhere he could.
Frankly she felt bad for his poor horse, he got the brunt of it all. By the time that Kinney was in the med bay, the steed was absolutely drenched in blood, it dropped off his eyelashes and ran through his mane.
But most of all she pitied Kinney. She didn't envy the trauma he went through and couldn't even fathom the idea of losing the only close friend he had left.
So by the end of the day she was most glad when she stumbled upon the wash room. She didn't even know how long it had been since she had taken a warm bath. Sure, she'd bathed in the rivers and scrubbed clean with a cloth. But not such a luxury as a bath. She pinned her hair upon her head so it wouldn't get wet, checking the lock on the door again.
She had checked the lock on the door was definitely locked more than twice, she didn't need anyone creeping in and looking at her while she was naked. So after checking the lock for at least the sixth time, she finally stripped and sank into the tub.
Even if anyone did get in they would have Scorch to deal with. She had stationed him by the door so that if anyone came in they would have to get through him.
A moan tumbled out her mouth at the feeling of the unbelievably warm water against her skin. It was like heaven.

Jon had had a long day, he had never guessed that the Lord Commander would have to do so much paper work to do. So when the men asked for help with training, he had graciously accepted the offer and practically ran out of his office.
It was long into the hours of the night as he made his way back to the office, So was most surprised as he heard noise from the room next to him. It was used mostly for baths when people had the time, but other than that it was unused.
Most didn't use it due to lack of privacy, everyone knew that the door's lock was faulty. Due to the door being mounted on a slant, the lock always fell open.
With a furrowed brow, Jon peered through the open gap in the door. Much to his surprise, a young woman was sat in the bath basin. She couldn't have been older than twenty, Jon reckoned. She moaned, letting her head fall back against the metal rim.
Jon flushed, stepping back away from the door in a sudden moment of embarrassment, he felt like he was intruding. How the hell had a beautiful woman got in here? And why just to take a bath?
