HITOMI's POV
With heavy eyes, I stare up at the ceiling with a full case of insomnia. With the lack of sleep, I usually do what I'm currently doing, or if I have some energy, I reread scrolls and books about jutsus.

Sighing, I roll off my bed and land in a push-up position. Needing some source to fully wake myself up, I'll use the option of pain. Up, down. It's an easy task of repetitive exercise that brings a burning sensation to the upper arms.

Ignoring my long stands of red hair, I let them fall over my face like a crimson curtain. I started the routine of doing morning pushups over a month ago, and everyday I add an additional five. Since today's day thirty-four, I need to produce an amount of one-hundred-seventy pushups. Sighing, I push through the trembling in my arms and the pain that's building up in my biceps. I release short, but quick paced pants as I start to lose my breath.

It takes a few minutes, but when I'm done, my arms feel like jelly. Even more so, as jitters dance across my arms, relived that their torture is finally over. Though, I don't rest. I then move on to my next set of exercises, sit ups. It's the same process of my earlier routine, and today, I do the equal amount.

By the end of the hour, I've maintained to complete my workout. Pushups, sit ups, and the equal amount of lunges. Even though, I'm sore, I'm still gaining strength. So, in my opinion, it's worth it.

Noticing the clock on my bedside table, I read the time and glare at it. 4:08am. That gives me a few minutes to shower before waking my brother up.

Grabbing clean clothes in a hurry, I silently run out my room and make a dash towards the shower. Placing the clothes on the sink counter, I strip myself out of my pajamas. Turning the water on, I jump in the shower and quickly bathe. Letting the pellets of warm water rain down on me, I do my usual routine of shampooing, conditioning, and scrubbing myself clean. Once that's done, I accomplished the task of smelling like apples before I turn the water off.

Stepping out of the shower, I dry myself with my yellow towel and quickly dress myself in a copy of my everyday outfit. Placing my white jacket vest on, I move onto the task of wrapping the bandages around my arms and legs. Once I'm done, I grab my dirty clothes and walk out of the bathroom.

Speeding my way back to my bedroom, I throw the clothes in the hamper and take a hold of my Leaf headband. Grabbing the two ends, I tie the blue cloth around my neck, tightly securing it. Sighing, I kick on my shoes before I walk towards Naruto's room, while running my fingers through my damp hair in a attempt to brush it.

I really don't care on how I look, I frown.

Arriving at Naruto's door, I walk in knowing that he's still asleep. Pondering on how to wake him up, I just decide to the fast and easy way. Walking to the edge of his bed, I ignore the mess in his room with a cringe. Taking a hold of the orange duvet, and rip it off his sleeping body. Feeling the cold rush of air, I watch as my brother sits up, alarmed.

"Get up. We have the survival training at five, remember," I tell Naruto as he rubs his eyes, yawning.

I watch with bored eyes as he just stares at me with his sleepy, and tired, sapphire eyes. It takes a moment for him to fully realize what I just said. Immediately, his eyes widen before he jumps out of bed, running to around to get dressed. His walrus, or whatever it is, sleeping cap hits my face before falling to the floor.
