A single bubble coming up to the surface of the water, and popping.
A box of stale crackers in the back of the cupboard. The kind that no one wanted to eat anyway.
A wonderful summers day with grey skies, damp streets, and dim rays of light grazing surfaces.
The last leaf on a maple tree.
A mountain that stood tall and proud. With dead bodies splayed all around the crevasses and paths.
A cupcake that was too sweet for even a fairy to enjoy.
A girl too salty for a world too sour.
A candle being blown out.
Cracked pavement.
Black oil spilled all over a golden sanded beach.
A puppy being adopted and jumping crazily.
Holding your best friend's hand in a way you wish was more.
An unmade bed with big fluffy pillows and comforters.
Children laughing and running around at a colourful park. They scrape their knees and smile.
