Fairy Tail Super, Book 5: Bonds of Ice.

Black v.s. Black.

"Damn it all.." Gray muttered as he walked through the hall of the dark mansion later that night. "I can't.. stand this.."

"Hey.."

Gray looked up.. standing before him was Sabo. 

"You.. you're the one who keeps helping Pumkin." said Gray. "Helping us. Who the hell are you?"

"Shhh.. not too loudly." said Sabo. "Listen.. I'm Luffy's brother.."

"Yeah.. Pumkin mentioned you said something like that.. question is.. how can we be absolutely sure?" said Gray.

"Trust the fact that I'm a member of the Revolutionary Army who stands against the Frieza Empire and The Galactic Marines." said Sabo.  "And is trying to find the same person you are.. and like you.. is finding she's rather stubborn."

"Chartreuse." said Gray. "Yeah."

"How about.. we call a truce?" said Sabo. "We can figure this out together. Try and get a communication in to Luffy if you can, I assure you he'll back me up.. "

Gray sighed. "Honestly I'm not sure we can buy into your whole group's agenda.."

"We want Pumkin Everezz to learn to control her power as much as you do." said Sabo. "I know what you are.. Fairy Tail mage. And trust me.. whatever cause Fairy Tail is on the side of.. you can be rest assured, the Revolutionary Army stands with you.."

Gray looked at Sabo.. but something inside him just kept on feeling... like.. what was the word? Yeah..

Crap.

"You're still broken up about killing the Pride Trooper aren't you?" said Sabo. "you can rest easy.. he's alive.. your friend Pumkin Black managed to deflect the projectile without giving away his cover.."

Gray looked up, his eyes wide with astonishment. 

"You have friends on the inside." said Sabo. "Trust in that fact.."

Gray looked down. "This feels like all my fault.. all of this.."

"What do you mean?" Sabo asked.

"This.. all of this is my family.. I'm actually related to these.. PIECES of CRAP!" Gray growled. 

Sabo looked at Gray for a bit, then nodded. "Come.. I want to show you something.."

Sabo walked down the hall.. with Gray following dejectedly behind.. 

"There's something here.. you need to see.." Sabo said. "And I think this will change your entire mind about everything."

"Hmmm.." Black sat on a low tree branch, peering through a window in the mansion where she could see Pumkin sitting crosslegged with Goku, meditating.

"A full week.. no massive activity to speak of.." muttered a voice.

Android 18 stood nearby..tossing an apple back and forth between her palms.

"That's an understatement." murmured Black. "Shonojo is still knocked out cold, if anything, the father should be going crazy trying to find the servant who did it.. there might be a plan Gray is unaware of in the works to flush Pumkin out.. "

"Should we abort...?" 18 asked.

"Not sure.." Black muttered. "Toppo.. what do you see?"

A voice issued out from Black's green potara earring which glowed.
