Chartreuse sat above the mansion... snow lightly falling on her hair as she looked up into the sky.
How long had it been since some idiot had called her up looking for lessons? And not only that, but they had the nerve to be POLITE about it? Where was the drive? At least when Whis picked Beerus, he was as big a prick as-.. well.. probably best not to think on that subject just yet.
Chartreuse then narrowed her eyes as she remembered him.. her last student.. the student that finally brought her to stop martial arts all together.. to stop using magic... any power..

She remembered it like it was yesterday, when she had just given the job of God of Destruction to Beerus and decided she would fly off into a happy retirement, she came across a planet where the entire population was being ravaged by war..
Hearing that a high ranking individual in the Galactic Government, somebody called King Cold, had their son kidnapped and taken to the war torn planet, Chartreuse thought she would be generous.. nobody should be without their children... nobody...
Except... the son didn't need much help..
When Chartreuse entered the room where she could sense the energy of the supposed kidnapper.. or at least.. where the energy used to be... she came across a gruesome sight..

A small lizard-like individual with white skin, white as snow.. and jewels encrusted in his body sparkling like purple sapphires. He was smiling to himself in amusement as he observed the blood of his kidnapper staining his body.
the Kidnapper.. barely breathing, mutilated beyond all recognition, was lying nearby, breathing feebly.
"Oh.. hello." said the little alien, smiling at Chartreuse. "Have you come to rescue me? You needn't have bothered.. I actually had to go easy to keep him alive.. such a silly man, thinking I went with him against my will.. I heard this man had been defying my father for some time now.. so I used myself as bait.. I hope you don't mind."
"He was a serial rapist and killer." said Chartreuse. "I doubt I'll mind at all.. but.. "
Chartreuse narrowed her eyes at the scene. "This is a bit gruesome.."
"I'm sorry, like I said, it's quite tough to control my power.. " said Frieza. "See I was born with a power level of over 120,000,000.. "
(take that Broly you overhyped piece of trash, Frieza is the REAL monster.. plus he's actually canon.)
Chartreuse's eyes went immensely wide. What? That high? The highest power level she ever heard of anybody having at birth was 10,000 from Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan.. but to have 120,000,000 from the get go.. somebody who was already powerful enough to destroy entire solar systems at birth. There weren't even any trained people in Universe 7 with a power level as high as this little kid! Who was he!?.. no.. WHAT was he?!
