Cait screams for help after she spots a sunflower that she believes to be a terrifying zombie.
Morgan spots Sara, Corina, Briony and Sydney near a tree and beats them to death, believing them to be colorful pinatas.
Alexandra, Andi, Raven and Libby drop a rope over the edge of a cliff to help Maria, but the rope is actually a giant rock and Maria dies.
Sam hugs a tracker jacker nest, believing it to be a fluffy pillow.
Amara is driven mad by hallucinations, but does not encounter any fatal threats.

Deadly hallucinations have caused the deaths of six tributes, cutting the remaining 13 tributes down to 7.
