CH:- 16 - CLUES

"Jimin?"

Jimin felt his face from a soft smile as he walked closer to the girl approaching her , she really looked pretty even with that surprised ,confused look, her soft golden brown hair flowing along with  the gentle breeze
"What are you doing here?"
Sana as she was shot  out a question at the boy instead of answering his
"Hey! Why didn't i see you at school today?"

Jimin chuckled ,"you know Sana someday you really gotta start answering and feed my curiousity instead of interrogating me"

"Interrogating?" Sana scoffed playfully "i was just asking a simple question, because-"

"Because you missed me at school today" the boy decided on finishing her sentence with an extremely cocky voice , but of course hus fate was soon met with a strong flick landing on his temple
"OOWW-- what was that for?"
Jimin was not caressing his 'not so bruised forehead'

Both had started walking as their playfull conversation took different turns making each one let out a good laugh from time to time. Sana had managed to get off the hook by not having to actually answer Jimin about her whereabouts . The boy had either forgotten about it completely or had just decided to drop the topic. Sana as for her part was concerned learnt both Jimin and Baekhyun had a family engagement today reasoning their absence in school.

"Alright so , this is it I'll see you at school tomorrow?"
Sana turned at her heels as soon as their reached the main road. She didn't want to go along with him further , specially showing him her residence.

"You really know that I can walk you all the way to your place right?"
Jimin raised his eyebrows , putting out the offer as any gentleman would do at this time of the day.

"No thats fine , i really don't want you to take all that trouble"
Jimin smiled to that whispering something for only himself  to hear.

"Alright then , it no point in engaging in an argument with you, you'll win anyway , if you keep having that cute expression"
He raised his hand waving one last time bidding her goodbye  before turning around to walk away his own way.

Sana had been walking on her own for a few minutes now , she turned into an alley in order to take a possible shortcut. The girl was lost in her own thoughts failing to realize that the more deeper she walked into the alley , the more stares and comments followed , mocking her from the either side.
Soon her path was blocked .

"Mmmmm , who have we got here now"
The unfamiliar  voice had a sneaky tone behind his lines
"Boys , looks like we won the lottery today"
His mocking announcements were followed by numerous laughter.
Sana raised her head as her eyes met that of the boy , who had a plastered smirk on his face , a cigarette in one  hand  and a half finished alcohol bottle on the other. She could have easily turned and walked back , but it was too late now , the girl had been circled by a few more boys similar to the boy she was facing .

~TZUYU'S POV~

"So thats how , you and your sister moved here" Jungkook nodeed understanding that situation based on Tzuyu's story.
They had been talking for quite some time now and Tzuyu had started to realize maybe Jungkook wasn't that annoying and bratty a guy as she thought he was.

"Mmhmm" she stried her latte , while the other sipped on his iced-tea.

"Isn't it pretry hard? You know , new place , new people , new school?" Jungkook's behaviour was definitely different from that she was familiar with , he seemed to be someone Tzuyu was now comfortable on sharing things with.

"A little of course , but Sana and I kinda catch on , since we had been living alone previously too , it wasn't that big a deal , as for the people" the girl took another sip of her beverage as she continued "they are a bit wierd"

Jungkook nearly choked on his drink , he couldn't hold in the laughter
"they sure are" he agreed to Tzuyu's previous made statement , as he set down the empty glass containing only the ice on the table.

The next hour , passed on pretty swiftly , Tzuyu hadn't realize how long she had be talking , they had already finished paying for their drinks and started walking on their way and infact close to Tzuyu's place , the thought of not letting anyone be aware of their place hadn't completely left her mind.
"Thank you Jungkook for today" she gave him a soft smile "from here on , I'll walk on alone"

Jungkook unlikely instantly protested , "no way , I'm not letting you go home alone at this time no matter what your excuse is, seems to me like you aren't aware of the incidents going on this place"
His expression seemed pretty firm and serious , for some reason Tzuyu felt that there indeed was no point in arguing with this fellow , she wouldn't have won anyhow and how big a deal would it be if he gets to know where she lived anyway , so the girl just went on with the flow.
"Okay then , I'm not the one to cave in , but you seem pretty stubborn on this one"

Jungkook shrugged  as they continued on their path , finally stopping at a two storied house

"This is it" Tzuyu exclaimed turning to the boy , who was currently examining the place "hmmm , doesn't seem that bad , looks like its pretty comfortable, go in , I'll take my leave now"
Jungkook turned around as Tzuyu walked closer to the front door

"you don't seem that much of a cocky and bratty person as you protray in school you know"

Jungkook scoffed lightly at the statement just made by the girl , but answered in a low tone without turning around
"You have a lot left to see and know"
The boy walked away a disappeared into the turning with that leaving the Girl to get inside.

Tzuyu had been knocking on the door for 5-7 mins now , but there was absolutely no answer "is she sleeping already?" She sighing digging into her purse for the extra key that she had , inserting it into the lock ,she turned it and with a creeking sound the door opened giving way to a dark hall ,
"Why didn't this girl switch on any lights yet?... Sanaaa??"

Tzuyu quickly climed on the straiway , after she was done switching the lights on.
"Sanaaaa??"
She flung open the door of the youngers room but all she found was an empty room , bedsheets untouched , no clothes on the racks , slippers intact in their place just as they had left in the morning.

"What even-? this girl isn't home . But she should have been in by now??

Tzuyu knew Sana could take care of herself ,but at the same time she couldn't help but get worried. Quickly taking out her phone she dialled her sisters no.

'THE NO YOU ARE TRYING TO CALL IS CURRENTLY SWITCHED OFF"
