CH:- 12 - ..just in my mind?

*TRIINGGG!!-*

It was the stinging sound of the bell that broke Tzuyu from her slumber , indicating the end of another class of the day. She opened her eyes and looked around while it took her brain a little more time to process the fact that she was in her classroom , sitting on her desk ,

or maybe ,

Let's just say , napping on her desk.

Tzuyu's droopy eyes stopped on a petite figure seated across her , whose head was resting on the desk as well ,  her hands supporting her head as her bangs fell loosely on forehead almost covering her closed eyes.

It was none other than her sister ,Sana

Yesterday was indeed a tiresome day for both the girls , not getting any sleep too just added to tiredness a little more .

Tzuyu slowly ran her fingers through her hair , fixing it a little as the scenes of yesterday night flashed through her mind

~FLASHBACK~

I saw something today Tzuyu , an-and i a-am sure it wasn't an-anything h-human”

“What are you talking about  see , what did you see?”

Sana opened up to her about what she encountered back in the terrace , describing it word to word , trying not to miss out a single detail.

Tzuyu had been listening to everything her sister had to say , slowly analyzing it in her head , there was absolutely no reason for her , not to believe Sana , for the girl had  never lied about such things and also there was no rational explanation ready with her at the moment to contradict her sister.

“Are you sure , you weren't imagining things? Maybe because of the darkness and the possible reason that you might have been slightly dizzy or tired”

Sana couldn't fully deny her sister , she didn't have evidence so she just nodded as her eyes fell down to meet with the wooden floor.

Her hands naturally went up to her neck , but almost instantly she was drowned with disappointment , cause all her her fingers met was emptiness in place of her precious pendant.

Tzuyu read her sisters mind before speaking up “where do you think you might  have lost it?” she didn't have to wait as the answer form the later came  right way.

“Probably when i was on the run , from the terrace”

The younger felt a pair of warm palms wrap around her own and lifted her eyes to be greeted by a reassuring smile from Tzuyu.

“I promise to get it back , somehow”

~END OF FLASHBACK~

Tzuyu gazed over the wall clock present in their classroom , which currently read 2:00 pm .

That's when it hit her…

Both of them had been more or less sleeping through the first half of the school , since now it was lunch break.

“Shit….” Cursing under her breath , she got up pushing the chair back and made her way to her sister , it was definitely time to wake her up now.

“Sana…..” Tzuyu tapped the sleepy girl's back and shaked her in order to break her off with her dreams only to receive a soft  whine escaping her frowning mouth.
Sana slowly opened her eyes , which soon squinted trying to adjust to the light of the surrounding as her lips parted revealing a yawn while she stretched her arms up in the air

“Wh-what time is it” the girl spoke with her sleepy voice .

“We are in school silly”

Sana jerked up , opening her eyes wide at the unexpected answer “right…” she trailed off recalling today morning situation , they were barely awake when they walked in and almost fell asleep instantly

“Let's eat first?” Tzuyu suggested

Sana getting up from her comfortable napping seat nodding answering

“Yeah , but let's just change into  our sport wear first , we got gym after lunch”

The later just nodded as both exited the class together and headed to the girl's locker room

Tzuyu had finished changing before her sister so she grabbed her bag and decided on heading out first.

“I'll go ahead first ,keep a table and order something for us and then you can join in as you are done”

Sana just nodded as she saw her sister leave.

As soon as she was done with her shorts , she look a brief look at the mirror and tied her hair into a long flowy ponytail and then walked away in order to  continue to fold her other clothes .

Sana turned around to open her locker and keep her belongings inside. She had barely closed it when suddenly!!

She felt a presence behind her.

There was no one except her in the room after Tzuyu had left but Sana was sure someone was standing right behind her , cold breaths hit her warm neck making her tremble.

Without hesitation she turned to face whatever was waiting for her , but in no time her brave expression dropped as the girl was pushed against the locker two pair of strong arms on the either side of her absolutely restricting even any small movement...
