"Jackson!!!" I yell as we trot through the dead forest.
"What's this?" Fae says and touches something.
Whatever she touched was alive because it got up and walked towards her growling. At this point I was completely freaked out.
"It's a RazorLeaf! Run!" Sei says and we begin running away from the RazorLeaf.
"What's a RazorLeaf anyway?" I ask as we are running.
"It's a dragon." Fae says delightfully.
"Look a mansion! Let's go to it." Krisa points it out as Sei and Fae begin arguing.
We run towards it hoping the RazorLeaf will stay away from us once we're inside.
The doors burst open and we all jump inside, literally. I scramble to my feet, dust filling my eyes.
"Is everyone okay?" Sei asks concerned.
"Sei. Define O.K." I say with much sass.
"Jackson?!" Krisa says and heads towards him. He's standing on the staircase in front of us and has a murderous look in his eyes.
"Krisa no!" I scream as Jackson stabs her in the stomach. My eyes go wide and Kirsa falls down. Jackson steps over her and towards me.
"Fae!" Sei yells and they both tackle Jackson."Do something." Sei demands seriously.
"Jackson! Remember this?" I grab one of his old stuffed animals. It is a small ebar my mother game to him for Christmas. "Come back! Snap out of whatever this is!"
He shakes his head and gets a terrified look in his eyes.
"Noah? What?" He says confused. I quickly stuff the bear back into my purse.
Fae runs over to Krisa and tries to help her.
"You can try all you want." A female voice says from the shadows. "None of you will get out alive." A woman walks out of the shadows, her eyes bright red, and a murderous look in her entire face.
"Mom!?!"
