MIN  YOONGI

As Yoongi ran to the edge of the forest, that familiar sense of being chased creeped back into his skin. The nausea that settled into his stomach had made him lightheaded. Everything seemed to engulf him and enclose all his senses.

He feeling he felt most was the panic of losing someone. Taehyung might not be especially special to him but he was apart of his so called "family" now. And he couldn't just return empty handed.

"Taehyung!" Yoongi shouted out into the open air. As he ran, everything seemed to fly past him faster then ever. Like time had sped up along with him. What struck him the most was how beautiful the scenery actually was despite his flustered state.

The birds chirped their cheery tunes. The trees seemed to rustle and dance as the birds sang. And the sunlight casted it's rays into the leaves creating a celestial setting. It was beautiful.

And then he could hear it.

Those voices creeping up from the back of his mind. The whispers and cries of pain and angst. All from those that he couldn't help and yet, they all begged him for salvation. It made him realize what Jin had said before they escaped. When he panicked and stressed, the voices became more prominent and loud.

"Taehyung!" Yoongi shouted again, this time he stopped his running. Tired and exhausted, he knew Taehyung wouldn't come out easily and he'd be wasting his time yelling into the empty air. The whispers continued, soft yet ever so loud in his ears. He couldn't help but just shut his eyes tightly until he could see colors bleed and spread across his closed eyelids.

"Taehyung, please.." Yoongi breathed out quietly to himself. He started to count in his head, hoping that it would get his attention off the persistent voices ringing around in his head but it didn't. He was too distracted.

He sucked in a deep breath and exhaled it out slowly. If he could just labor his breathing, he'd be fine right? And it'd all go away?

"That won't help you know."

Yoongi, frozen from the sudden noise, had snapped his eyes open. He knew the intruder wouldn't harm him, but hearing the ever so familiar voice made him shutter. He looked over his shoulder, almost not breathing by then.

"Hoseok." Yoongi still didn't even know who exactly this boy in front of him was. Part of him felt like Hoseok was a complete stranger, just someone he made up and created to help himself cope. And yet he felt like he knew anything and everything about him.

Hoseok's mouth turned into a smile. A warm, heartfelt kind of smile. Yoongi noticed he was dressed the same as he the way he last saw him. A mossy green hoodie, a pair of ripped light washed jeans and a pair of grey colored converse.

"Long time no see, eh?" Hoseok started to approach Yoongi, but Yoongi frowned and stepped back.

"No, stop. You... you're not.." Yoongi hesitated to spit out the last word. Real. He stared into Hoseok's brown eyes, searching for answers to all his questions. Why was Hoseok here? Where is he from? Why him? Why? Why? Why?

"Yoongi listen to me. You can't stay here any longer. Not with those boys. I know that sounds crazy but-"

"But what?" Yoongi interrupted, his voice stern,"You know what's crazy? I'm talking to a ghost right now. I tried to tell myself.. and other people that your really here but you just aren't. I missed you so much and yet, you just aren't you anymore."

It seemed like Hoseok's whole face seemed to frown, his eyes turned darker then before,"Don't say that. I'm here aren't I? Touch me, I'm real hyung." He again approached him but Yoongi stepped back with each step he took.

"Please go."

"I didn't get to say it before, but.. I'm a phantom okay? I'm just different. I can do more then an average ghost. I can make people see me, and age how I want to. The choice is mine."

Yoongi furrowed his brows,"Then why me? It's because I'm a necromancer isn't it? You're just like all these voices in my head. Only you get first pick before anyone else."

"No Yoongi, listen to me!"

Yoongi turned his back to Hoseok, ignoring his pleas. He didn't want to hear it, he's had enough of all the supernatural crap that's been happening to him for the past 2 weeks. Fed up with the amount of stress that it put on him.

"Just tell me what you want from me." Yoongi said lowly,"I'll listen to your request in return for your leaving." As hard as it was to say, it couldn't be helped. He didn't want to end things with Hoseok. He was after all, his best friend.

He wanted his life to go back to normal. To where he had to wake up early in the morning. Go to school, mess around. Take late night walks and walk around town. That's what he missed the most. Daegu was most beautiful under a star-lit sky. He missed not having to worry about anything.

Yoongi heard Hoseok let out a deep sigh before he spoke,"Then I guess that's it huh?"

Yoongi turned to him, unsure of where he was getting at. Hoseok shrugged a bit, frowning once again. He hesitantly stepped forward, expecting Yoongi to try to escape but he didn't. That's when Hoseok reached out to him and gently laid his hand to Yoongi's chest.

Right over the heart.

Yoongi stood still, confused yet uncomfortable. Hoseok had touched him, actually touched him. But before Yoongi could ask how, a sharp pain spread through his body and he limped over. His vision going black immediately.
