“We’ll put you through a series of tests, seeing what types of powers you have. We already know that you can play with fire let’s see if it’s just that.” Looking at the boys from the room Hanna stood in, she knew that this room was able to put her through enough to possibly kill her if she wasn’t careful.
“First up will be water. Let’s see if she can swim boys.” Mike-Ro-Wave crosses his arms over his chest, giving a smirk to the girl in room. He was doubting her. He didn’t care what she could do in any way, so he was going to make sure he found her weakness. He might not have cared much for anything, but a weakness was something that could be used against someone, or it could be something that could easily help someone.
“Start draining the water in.” Dr. FLuke says trying to SmAsh. SmAsh smiles turning the large crank that would releases the water and dispense it into the room. Dr. FLuke looking down at his monitoring system, watching the way the water moved into the room; watching the girls heart rate and other vitals knowing that anything could go wrong at any point in time.
Hanna looked around her feet feting the water creep up her ankles. Never had she been nerves in water before, she’d always been calm, but this was different. She was being tested with water, to see if she had some sort of superpower that could control it. As it got to her knees she knew she needed to do something, she couldn’t just stand there.
“Deep breaths, nothing to be afraid of. It’s just a little water.” She breaths, closing her eyes, calming herself as the water reached her hands. She moves them slowly over the water, feeling it move with her hands. She lifts her foot, the water builds under it, holding it in it’s spot until moved again. Giving a forceful shove to the water, to fly’s out hitting the wall across from her, when it didn’t come back, she opened her eyes.
Ice covered the wall that she was facing. It breached over coming back to touch the ground as spikes. Hanna had just moved water and froze it. How it happened, she had no idea. She thought that the water was just naturally moving.
“Melt it. Then we can start the next test.” Closing her eyes again, she imagines the ice, water once again, calm like a small puddle in the middle of a road that no one drove on. Opening her eyes a small puddle lay still at her feet. Grinning she makes the puddle disappear and then they started the next test.
Two hours later, they had come to the last test that was going to be done. So far they had found that Hanna could control all types of nature. The last thing they were testing was Thunder and Lighting; not that Hanna knew that, but she knew it had to be coming at some point in time.
“Last test.” Dr. FLuke tells her before hitting the switch to start. Artifactual thunder booms through the room, making the girl scream and shake in fear. One of her worst fears, why she never knew, it just always had been. Lighting hit down feet from her, and this time she didn’t feel safe around the lighting. She didn’t want to touch it like she did days ago.
“You’ve got to stop.” Mike-Ro-Wave watches the girl, fearing from each strike of lighting, trying to make herself smaller when the thunder booms. He watched as she put her hand out trying to control it, but nothing worked with that she did. It was unless.
“You’ve got to stop this FLuke. She can’t control it.” He snaps at his mate, glaring at the boy standing at the control panel.
“She will. She’s just scared.” Dr. FLuke tells him.
“I’m the leader of this team. You will stop Dr. FLuke.” Mike-Ro-Wave demands.
“It’s fine. It won’t hurt her.” His three team mates, turn to him, taking their eyes away from the girl at was still being attacked with lighting.
“You fools!” He yells running into the room, going to protect the girl. He jumps in front of her turning his cape over then holding her in his arms as the lighting comes down on them. The thunder and lighting stop soon, and his team mates run into the room.
“I guess Superhero’s never stop saving people do they?” Hanna asks Mike-Ro-Wave, giving him a sad smile.
“No we don’t. And sometimes we have to save each other.” He tells her helping her up. He glares at his team mates walking her out of the room and sitting her down. “I think it’s amazing how you can control all types of nature other then lighting. It’s amazing.”
“I’ve never been a fan of the stuff, and well, looking like it’s my weakness.”
“It most definitely is.”
