Ano ba yan three hours nanaman sa meeting room. It's the same agendas naman. Pushing my team again to create a brand new catching advertisement.
"Zee! Zee! Are you listening?"
"Yes, ma'am! Like I said me and my team already have..."
Dagdagan mo pa nang isang masungit na boss at kompleto na ang buong mag hapon ko. Report dito report dun araw-araw eto ang takbo ng buhay ko.
I'm Zoey Sievers, 30 years old and I'm one of the team leader at Hamilton Travel and Tours Corp. My colleague called me Zee because it was my phone name when i was still an agent. My team and I was assigned to handle Japan packages including promoting some advertisement to social medias.
After an hour of explaining, planning and providing time stamps to reach our target goals for our department. Sa wakas makakaalis na rin dito sa meeting room. I stretched my arm with exasperation before I leave my seat. Pag bukas ko nang pinto one of my staff is waiting for me outside the door.
"TL Zee, How's the meeting? Nagustohan ba ni Ms. Alcantara yung presentation ng buong team?" Pabulong na tanong saakin ni Joanna.
"Hhmm... Yes. Mukha naman na please sya sa presentation na ginawa nyo. Syempre hahayaan ko bang i-down nya ang buong team ko. Lalo na at alam kung ilang araw nyo ring pinag hirapan yun." Sabay kindat ko kay Joanna.
Isang matamis na ngiti lang ang binigay nya saakin. Sinabayan na ako ni Joanna sumakay ng elevator papuntang 5th floor kung na saan ang department namin.
Natawa ako sa reaksyon ng buong staff ko. Ganun ba sila ka tensed sa meeting kanina. I won't deny that regarding performance we are in 2nd place against the Hongkong and Singapore department.
"Ehm... Guys good job our senior manager was really happy with your presentation."
Halos mag tatalon ang buong team ko sa saya with kasama pang tili from some of my female staff. Since na impressed ako sa dedication nila sa trabaho. siguro naman our company will not complaint if I'm going to treat them diba.
"Yes, yes, enough. Settle down. So dahil maganda ang performance nyo this past few weeks."
From my pocket. Linabas ko ang company credit card namin.
"We will have a team nights out of course it's my treat."
"Yahoo! Yun o, kaya sayo kami TL Zee e!" Sabi ni Ralph
"Naku, Ralph basta sa inoman lalo na at libre mabilis ka pa kay the flash." Pang aasar ni Emmar.
"Ay naku tama na yan. So san ba tayo? Sa metro walk ba or sa Greenfield?" Tanong ni Jenny
"Oi buntis kung makapag yaya ka parang isa ka sa iinom ah." Sabat ni Mike.
Umawat na si Joanna sa mga ka team nya. "Sige na tama na yan. Jenny naman bat ba ang layo ng sina-suggest mong lugar. Alam mo naman na nasa makati ang office natin. Marami namang malapit na bar dito."
