The encounter

(y/n) walked into her friend's house "hey Tails im here and i packed my stuff for the jump" s/he called out to her/him friend . A small fox opened a door from his basement looking at his (your fav animal) friend "oh good let's go in the basement downstairs I moved it down their so Eggman doesnt find out about this" Tails said a he went down into the basement with her/him the following behind the fox kid. "So were saying in this place one the chaos emeralds are there?" (y/n) asked remembering the conversation from the day before. "Yes and if we can get it first then we will be ahead of Eggman" Tails responded to her/him "when you get the emerald just tell me and I'll open the portal for you to come back " he continued. (y/n) nodded putting on the headset turning it on and was now waiting for tails to open the portal to get the chaos emerald.

Tails eventually got the portal opened for (y/n) "okay be careful i don't know what on the other side" Tails explained to her/him. "Okay Tails I will" (y/n) said as s/he went inside waving to Tails. After entering the portal the portal was unfortunately was in the air so (y/n) was being dropped down onto the town. (y/n) adjusted herself/himself as her/him backpack pulled out rockets from the side turning on at the last min until s/he hit the ground "that was cl-" (y/n) was cut off by screams of people thats was unfamiliar to her/him "its a robot" cried one "it almost it my baby" cried another holding what seem to be a child of sorts.

(Tay POV)

I looked at them confused 'robot im not a robot' I thought as I landed putting my hands up "im not a robot I'm a porcupine" I said as they were panicking. "Animal control there is a huge porcupine in fourth and maine" a lady said on a phone. I let out a sigh of frustration "Tails to (y/n) come in Tails" i called into the headset "Tails here what's there?" he answered her from his end . "well there are humans here but they thin- Hey! Don't do that" I was cut off by a man with a net trying to catch her but missed. "Come here little guy" the man said trying to cox her over to him. "I am not going over to you so shoo" I responded to the man. I then flew up with my jetpack "get away from them find a high place to get on to" Tails said as he was trying to look up where (y/n) could possibly be "okay Tails" I said got onto a building and looked down at the humans who were yelling.
