"Hadley!" Minx throws her arms me giving me the biggest bear hug ever. I expect it graciously wrapping my arms around her. I've been so caught up in everything I haven't hung out with them in forever. When she starts to get a bit too tight I tap her back.
"T-too tight." I choke out, Levi grabs my hand pulling m away from her.
She grins sheepishly at me." Sorry I got too excited! Come in everyone else is upstairs." She grabs my wrist and pulls me after her. We run up the stairs, discarding our jackets on the floor nonchalantly.
"Guys Hadley's here!" Minx shouts making our presence known." So is Levi but no one really cares." She smirks.
I walk into her bed room where, Jax, Maven, Jason and Ace sat a playing card on her floor. Ace's eyes flicker to mine then to Levi who stood behind me. I could tell he's still hurting but he doesn't let that change his awesome personalty." Hey Gracey." He smiles genuinely.
I smile at him." Hey Ace, what you guys playing?" I ask as I move to sit next to him on the floor. Levi doesn't hesitate to follow after me possessively.
"Bullshit." Jason says but looks at Jax expectantly.
Jax narrows his eyes at him."Your so annoying." He scowls as he takes the massive pile of cards that was in the middle of the circle.
Maven laughs throwing her head back. "You suck at this Jax."
He rolls his eyes." Its not my fault I don't have a good poker face." He says gruffly.
"Actually it is." Minx grins placing down a card." Two jacks." She's announces.
Jax grins at her before calling, "Bullshit!" Minx he holds up the cards revealing two jacks, he smirk never falters. "You. Suck." He grits out.
Minx raises an eyebrow. "And you swallow."
When they finish that round they deal the cards giving me some cards too. I take them shielding them away from Levi's cheating eyes. He smirks at me as I say, "No don't cheat."
He chuckles. "I'm your boyfriend I'm allowed to look at your cards." He says cheekily.
I grin at him. "Nope." I shuffle on my knees to the other side of Ace. Levi glares at me making me smile. Ace tensed when I moved next to him. He must still be affected by me, I feel so bad for making him see Levi and me act all couplely.
The game starts by Jason placing down one jack. No one calls him out on it so the game proceeds. It's comes to my turn so I place down three queens when I say there fours. I try to keep up a poker face but then Levi calls me out on it. "Bullshit."
I pout, "You looked at me cards your such a cheater." I say sourly.
He shrugs nonchalantly but doesn't expect me to lung at him. "Say you cheated." I yell jumping on him.
