Rocky found himself in an empty room. He tried to move, but it suddenly caused sharp pain as he realized he was tied to an electric chair with barbed wire. His body was somehow drugged to be more sensible to pain. Two men enter the room to confront Rocky. They were unnaturally buff and sported spiked tungsten carbide knuckles on each fist. The two men landed a few brutal punches on Rocky to make sure he's awake.
A man then enters the room and calls off the thugs. He informs Rocky that his body was drugged to keep him alive so he can get information out of his head. When Rocky asked what he meant by that, the mysterious man had the electric chair turned on for just a second and told Rocky to not play dumb with him. The mysterious man knew that Rocky was keeping the "monster" that landed on the moon and demanded to know where it was. Shocking Rocky again to make him talk, Rocky said that he'll never give him what he wants. When the mysterious man asks how so, Rocky states that everything was taken away from him. The mysterious man then asks Rocky who's fault is that. Rocky had a feeling he knew who it was and shouted that it was the man he was looking at right now.
The mysterious man holds Rocky's chin and sarcastically says that he's sorry Rocky feels that way. Rocky snaps and screams that they both know that the mysterious man did it. The mysterious man said he did nothing but give orders and that the only person Rocky should blame is himself. Rocky spits at the man's forehead, saying that he wasn't the one who killed his cats. This reminded the mysterious man as he summoned two cats that have been shaved of all of their fur. They were in metal restraints and had metallic muzzles on their mouths. Rocky knew they were Inky and Jackson and demanded to know what the mysterious man did to them. He repeated that he only gave orders and told Rocky that he'll either spill the beans on the location of the "monster" or his cats will be incinerated alive.
Rocky was in conflict since he knew he had no idea where Pen currently was. As the mysterious man grew impatient, Rocky admitted that the last he saw of Pen was outside of town on the highway. Satisfied, the mysterious man decides to reward Rocky by letting him decide which of his cats die first. Rocky gives a big "WHAT?!" and scolds the mysterious man for breaking his word. The mysterious man tells Rocky that he wants him to have an exotic meal before his execution. Since Rocky couldn't decide, the mysterious man decided to pick one of the cats himself, saying he'll cut pieces of the cats and forcefully feed them to Rocky until they die of blood loss.
Before the mysterious man could jab a fork and steak knife into one of the cats, a wall breaks down. Heavily armored troops emerge form the wall and stun the three men. A trooper then frees Rocky from his restraints and puts a bag on his head. As the mysterious man, the instructor, gets up, he noticed that the strange troop has gotten away with Rocky. He yells in anger since he lost someone to torture for his own amusement. An agent comes to him and asks if he is OK, to which the instructor snaps the agent's neck saying "NOW... I'm OK!" He calls in another agent to execute plan B on the two felines as they are taken away. He then says to himself that he'll put an end to those who stand against his goals of world order. "I, Dr. Lucifer Eschaton, supreme leader and founder of Judgment (the agency), promise this."
Rocky found himself in a futuristic bed that was able to heal his wounds and remove the drug from his body. The bed felt soft and comforting, even for a bed. He instinctively had tears coming out of his eyes, as the last thing he remembered was that most traumatic moments of his entire life. A nurse came to him and told Rocky not to cry, saying it was over. Rocky was in shock and fear after noticing the nurse was an android. The nurse stated that she scanned Rocky and confirmed that the injuries he suffered, including shattered bones, intoxicated tissue and blood, teared flesh, and damaged nervous system, have all been resolved. Rocky questions if he's in space, to which the nurse replies that the facility he is in is still on Earth, but below the ocean floor.
