I gaped in horror. He jumped out my window for three stories!!! Was he Crazy!!!
“Adara! Im Home!!” The sound of my sisters voice snapped me out of it.
“Adara?” my sister Iris knocked on my door.
“what…” I tried to force out the words through the panic attack i was having….
I walked over to the window, and slowly looked out.
“What are you doing?” Light flooded in through the door as my sister peered in.
“um...nothing…” i couldn’t see him anywhere.
“well Cadens coming to pick us up for dinner-...have you been sleeping?”she asked questioningly.
“uh...yeah?”
“why you saying it like a question?”she asked, getting suspisious.
“I dont know! get out and stop being so nosey!!!” i spun around and started ushering her towards the door.
“ok! Ok… im leaving!
*At Dinner With Caden...My sisters Gross Boyfriend….*
“So Adara, Have you figured out what school you wanna go to yet?”
…”Uh What?” I was zoning off. Thinking of that crazy Echo guy jumping out of a damn three story window.
“A highschool?” Caden put down his fork and looked at me. “ Adara. I know its been hard since your parents died, but…” He trailed off his sentence as I looked at him like i wanted to kill him. And i did.
“Don’t you dare bring up my parents!” i screamed, Tears streaming down my face.
“Adara! Sit down now!” my sister whisperd angerly.
I dashed out of the diner and down the street. Damn. My house was like, 12 miles away…
“Nice to see you again.” A deep familiar voice sounded behind me.
“It’s nice to know your not dead!” I spun around and confronted Echo.
“And why would i be dead?” he talked slowly with amusement. He put his hands in his pockets and walked out of the tree line.
“Um..” I lauged softly, the panic attack starting up again. I put a piece of hair that was strageling behind my ear, and crossed my arms.
“yeah...you kinda jumped out of a three story window…” I bit my lip and looked down.
“Yeah about that…” he laughed nervously. I just noticed i was being really nosey.
“Um...im sorry… im being nosy…” i whisperd. I looked up and he was smiling.
“What?” i asked smiling back. He shook his head and looked down.
“ I- Um… Nothing…” he looked up.
“Why are you out here in the middle of the winter...without a jaket?” When he said that, i noticed i was freezing. I shudderd.
"Uh i dont know..." i Whisperd and looked down. He Walked over and took off his jacket and handed it to me.
“Ugh...no...really its ok!” I lauged nervously.
“No, I insist.” he put the jacket around my shoulders. God He smells amazing!
“Um so...are you waiting for someone or…” He stared at me and i felt frozen.
“Uh what? I mean! uh...no.” I giggled like a little school girl over her first crush.
“Well...ms. Adara, May I walk you home?” He smiled at me and held out his arm.
I grabbed it and we started walking slowly to my house.
