Jamie's POV

I heard the phone ring , I put down my cereal on the counter and picked up the phone

" hello " I said

" is this Jamie ? " someone asked

" yes " I replied

" this is doctor Sanchez , and I'm
Sorry for your loss " the doctor says

" I'm sorry , what do you mean " I said worried

" your mother has died from shot wound in the chest " he says

I felt my knees get weak , I fell to the floor . I cried so loud everyone came down stairs

Jonah and corbyn run up to me , " what happened " they asked worried

" my mother died " I cried

Tears dropped down ari's and Logan's face , I got up and ran out

I ran and ran until I couldn't run anymore , I can't ... I didn't want to lose another parent. Now my mom is gone

I didn't even spend time with her on her last day , I sat down in the woods and cried

2 months later

I woke up in my bed with a headache, I look over and saw a dude laying in my bed

" what the hell " I said to myself

I get up and walked to my bathroom , I threw up in the toilet

The guy walks up to me " you okay ? " he asked

" dude how did you get in my bed " I asked wiping my mouth

" oh a party and we got wasted, and we ended up in your bed .. and did you know what " he says scratching the back of his neck

I looked down and realized I'm naked , " fuck !" I ran to my closet and put some clothes on

I looked at the time " jeez I'm late for work "

" I'm gonna leave " he says grabbing his stuff and walked out the door

I grabbed my car keys and ran down stairs , I opened the car door and drove off to my job

It's been two months , I decided to stay away for a while

I'm finally 19 , so I can be out on my own . Gage is with ari and Logan

I got to my job , I can see my friends face as soon as I walked in

" let me guess you went to a party " she said rolling her eyes

" yea " I said

" jeez women you need to chill" she laughed

Me and Kayla have know each other for 1 month now , she helped me with my apartment

She knows my secret, it creeps her out a bit but she is getting used to it

" sleep over at my place " I giggled

I got to working , I notice someone walking into the store

" Jamie ?" The person says

I hesitated, I looked up and saw jack " jack ..." I said

" where the hell have you been !" He says walking up to me

" jack ..please don't tell anyone where I am " I said

" why , we have been worried about you " he says

" I know , but please don't " I said

" fine ... only one thing " he says

" and what is that ?" I asked

" let me see you , to check up on you " he says

I sighed , " fine " . He hugged me tightly , I got to admit I miss them a lot

I hugged back " well I gotta go " he says

" alright , here is my number " I said handing him a paper

He smiled and walked away , " who was that "she asked

" oh an old friend" I said

"Oh okay " she says

Later on

I get a call at 3am from jack " hey can I come over " he asked

" Avery ! Look at the time " I said

"Plz your place is closet , I'm drunk as hell " he laughed

" fine " I said

He hangs up the phone

I heard a knock at the door , I opened it and jack comes in tripping to the floor

I helped him to the bed " what the hell jack " I said

" uh the party was crazy "'he laughed

I saw hickeys on his neck " you dirty fucker " I giggled

He smiled and took off his pants , I looked at him " what I sleep in my boxers " he says

" okay , I sleep with no pants too " I said

I turned on the tv , while jack fell asleep on my lap

I looked down and played with hair , I missed him so much

I kissed his forehead and laid him down correctly, I got under the covers

He put his arm around my waist and dug his head into my boobs

I rolled my eyes and fell asleep

I decided to end the story one chapter before because I wanna start on the sequel already , I just need a name for the sequel, COMMENT DOWN BELOW
