Error, for the life of him, couldn't comprehend why people wants to help him "get better". Sure he was slightly—very—insane and broken in many ways but why waste their effort on a glitch? He asks himself why the hell would people want to help him when he was absolutely worthless. Glitch. Nothing. Waste of space. Stupid, useless creature.

And...there goes his depressing spiral of thoughts and self-directed insults.

He started glitching harshly, more ERROR signs popping into existence around him. Hands reaching up to scratch his skull from habit. Over and over and over until new wounds were made. Now, the scratches on his skull were healing quite nicely, but getting irritated again made them bleed and open once more.

Error never noticed the pain. He was used to it. Pain, pain, simply more pain for the job he was forced to do. In fact, he should be over there, right now, killing off some AUs but...he didn't want to.

More of them will die? So what? He made sure none of the still surviving ones died and all they gave him was pain. It hurt. It hurt a lot.

He made sure the Multiverse stayed alive and yet...

They beat him for it.

He made sure they were safe and yet...

They tortured him for killing the others.

They wanted their so called JUSTICE. They were the MAGIC's Judge in their own universes and yet...

They are unable to distinguish a murderer to the one pulling the strings.

Error wondered why he even bothered doing this. Why didn't he just give up sometime after his insanity and stopped? Death? He wasn't afraid of death! Fate could kill him even now and he would most likely thank her. Really, he was tired of the pain. Why didn't he stop again?

Oh right. Fate.

Only with other factors could one escape from Fate. Sometimes, people are fated with good things and others bad.

Error had no idea what his past self had done so he was given this job by Fate. Or was it that Fate decided to be one cruel bastard and do this to him? Error would never know why Fate had chosen him, and he thought for a moment before deciding that he didn't want to know. If Fate created Ink then there's a large possibility that she's a sadist too!

'I was formed by a sadistic higher being because of the simple reason that their child doesn't want to stop his addiction. Is my life that worthless?' Error blankly thought to himself. "MY lIfE reaLLy iS woRTHleSs...hA, suCh CoMmOn kNOWledgE anD YeT, i dIDn'T reaLiZe It...,"

Error sighed. Everyone here was wasting their times. He was beyond broken, what can be salvaged anymore? He was broken a long time ago. Yet they continued to break the small pieces until they were ground to dust.

Dust. He was simply a walking, talking corpse. An empty husk of whatever Sans he was before he was Error. Fate had taken him from his universe and destroyed it, then erased all his memories of it and left him in the Anti-void...

. . .

'I'm not too far off, huh?' Error thought to himself. He remembered what he nearly did to Blue. 'Only, for some reason, he forgave me. Ha. Haha. Only, I never did that to Fate...should I forgive them despite everything they've done to me? Despite all this? I am after all, not too far away from doing the same. No wonder Dream hates me so much. No wonder everybody hates me so much...'
