I forgot to add the part where Teresa gets taken away from the guys in chapter 1 so lets just pretend I already added that. Please? Also I'm sorry if the story kinda sucks because this is my first time writing a story based off of a book and movie. Anyways hope you enjoy! -Mia
Y/N's POV
I lost track of time while I was crawling through the vents and when I came back into my room I saw my dad sitting on my bed. " Y/N, care to tell me where you were?" he asked. I stood there without saying anything until he came up to me and yelled," WHO ARE YOU HELPING?!"I refused to speak and that's when he called in two guards. When they came in, they grabbed me by my arms and dragged me. I kept screaming loudly hoping someone would hear me. Unfortunately people heard me but they couldn't help because they were locked inside their rooms.
When I got to the isolation room, my dad tied me to a chair where he usually did experiments or something. A doctor came in with a syringe. "You wouldn't do this to your own daughter would you?" I asked. He laughed and said," Oh Y/N, sweet Y/N, I'm your father, I thought you knew me very well." That's when I started sweating. I was scared, I didn't know what was in the syringe. Suddenly I was out cold.
3rd Person POV
*in Group A's room*
Everyone heard the screaming of a girl and were quite frightened. In surprise, the vent opened up and Aris left from under the bed, " Hey guys can I talk to Thomas real quick? Ok thanks." Thomas asked, " Do you know where the screaming came from?" " Yes, it was Y/N, she was brought to the isolation room. We need to get out of here now though, Janson might be coming for you guys ," Aris replied quickly. "No, not without Y/N," Newt jumped in the conversation. Thomas nodded his head meaning they would help her. Everyone went into the vent, Aris going first to take them to the isolation room.
Y/N was in there asleep, a doctor was doing something to her while Janson was nowhere to be seen. Newt looked at her long, black hair covering most of her face. He wanted to help her but knew he couldn't do anything. Thomas jumped down, scaring the doctor. Everyone else following him. Thomas grabbed the doctor before she could do anything while Minho picked Y/N up bridal style. Newt found a gun on the table and tossed it to Thomas. They left the room looking for Teresa next.
"Wait there's something I have to do," Aris said crawling back into the vent.
Winston following," I'll go with him, you guys get Teresa."
The guys finally found Teresa in a room full of doctors and woke her up. She was very confused, especially when she saw Y/N in Minho's arms. "What's happening Thomas? Who's that girl?" she asked. " We'll explain later, right now we got to run." Newt and Thomas broke a window using stools and ran out, everyone followed. They got to a door and tried to use a keycard they had stolen from one of the doctors. It wouldn't work. Trying to help, Minho accidently dropped Y/N on the floor making her wake up.
Y/N's POV
" WHO ARE YOU? NEWT, MINHO, THOMAS, FRYPAN, TERESA? OH NO I'M DEAD THIS IS ALL JUST A MIRAGE!" I cried.
Newt grabbed me," It's ok you're alive and this isn't a mirage."
"STEP AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER! YOU WILL NOT ESCAPE, ESPECIALLY NOT WITH Y/N," I heard my dad yell.
Suddenly the door opened and I saw Aris and Winston. We all ran in while Thomas was still trying to shoot at my dad and the guards.
"Close all of the doors right now." my dad said to his walkie talkie. The door began to close.
We all started yelling," Thomas hurry up! You can make it." He ran towards the door and slid under almost getting his face squished.
Aris grabbed a can from the floor and jammed the (idk what that slot thing for a keycard is called) so dad wouldn't get through.
"Sorry father," I said from the other side of the door.
We all got out of the building running across the desert. Everyone ducked while Teresa ran to a sunken building. We started chasing after her.
When we were all in the building she asked," Thomas what's going on?"
He replied saying," It's wicked. Ava is still alive."
Teresa nodded and everyone started looking around. "Hey um.. I never got your name girl, but here's some clothes." she extended her hand giving me a shirt, pants. jacket, and scarf.
"My name's Y/N" I said as we were both changing, away from the boys.
"Well nice to meet you Y/N, I'm Teresa." she said smiling at me after we both changed.
*A few minutes after looking around gathering some stuff*
We heard yelling, coming from Minho and Thomas. They were running from something. No, it can't be. "Everyone run! It's cranks!" I yelled while running, they followed.

We got to an exit, but of course it was locked. Just great!
"I'll cover for you guys," Winston said shooting at the cranks.
The doors wouldn't open so Frypan stepped back and ran towards the door making it open. We all ran in, Winston was the last one, but the cranks tackled him. They clawed his stomach as we were trying to pull him out. We got him out, we couldn't close the door because there were to many cranks so we made a run for it. Running as fast as we can, we made it under a fallen wall and all fell asleep.
