Sam's POV

It's been a week since Eric got shot. He is still  unconscious and doctor said the bullet missed Eric's heart. On that day when Eric got shot, I took him to hospital and I saw Eric breaths getting weaker but that bastard keep on saying Eva.. Eva... I don't know what that Woman is doing to my friend but I know one thing Eric was changing and I liked that change. I always got worried about Eric's hate towards women and that hate begins with his mother who left him with his cruel father who always abused him. Eric was just 12 years old when I  first met him at school when he was getting bullied by some kids, I saved him from them and he looked so fragile and broken. Eric never shared his past with anyone and never speak about it but I knew how broken he is from inside..

*Sam's phone rings*

"Hello Matt, did you find them? I want every fucking bastard who wanted to kill Eric dead Matt. So please find them as soon as possible, I want to kill them with my own hands" I said with rage.

While I was talking to matt on phone I saw Eric's fingers moving then I called   doctor for help.

"Doc is he okay? Is everything alright?" I asked doctor because I was worried for Eric it's been week, he didn't open his fucking eyes.

"Well Mr. Samuel it's good sign I think Mr. Carter is getting lot better and yeah! He'll wake up soon" doctor said.

"Thanks doc and I really appreciate what you've done to Eric " I said.

"It's okay Mr Samuel and it's my job. anyways take care of Mr Carter and call me if you got any emergency" doctor said and left us.

Eric Carter POV:

*Dream sequel*

"Mom please stop tickling me!!" I said to mom.

"I'll stop only when you'll eat your food properly honey.. promise me you'll eat everything which is on plate" mom said.

"Okay Mommy I'll eat but I'm not gonna eat these green peas please... I hate them" I pleaded mom.

"Those green peas keep you strong my lil boy, if you eat them then I'll tell your father to take us picnic on this Sunday" mom said.

"Okay Mommy but I'm gonna eat only few of them" I pleaded mom and she said okay.

(While I was eating my father came back from work and he looks so angry)

"SOPHIA!!!" Dad yelled.

"I'll just come back honey, finish your lunch" mom whispered and went to meet my dad who was so angry at something.

After sometime I heard mom screaming and I got scared and run towards my mom. My mom was crying and yelling at dad.

"I knew you would do this to me Bitch I doubt he is my son too.." dad yelled at mom and pointed finger at me.

"Stop it Edward, your scaring him.. and he is our son!" My mom yelled back. I hide myself back of my mom.

"I don't trust you.. you slut.. tell me why did you slept with my best friend.. wasn't I enough for you..why do you need more dicks" said dad.

"Stop it Edward!!! Stop talking nonsense infront  our son...Stop blaming me!!! I didn't do anything... And Eric honey go to your room.. mom and dad is going to be okay please son!" Mom pleaded.

I went back to my room. My parents screams were getting louder I got scared and I hide myself under bed and closed my ears so that I can't hear anything from them. Then my mom came into my room and called my name.

"Eric"

"Mommy I'm here" I said

"Eric honey!!!" Mom said while kissing me.

"What happened mommy is everything alright?" I asked.

"Eric I'm sorry honey.... Mommy has to leave you..alone with Daddy" mom said in tears.

"Where you going mommy and please don't leave and take me with you.." I begged my mom.

"Honey I'm sorry... Please forgive me.." my mom said and started walking out.

"MOMMY WAIT PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!! MOMMY PLEASE...!!!" I was shouting and calling my mom and begging her not to leave.

Then someone grabbed my wrist. Then I turn and saw my father who was dragging me inside roughly. He threw me inside my room and his took his belt from his waist, And started beating me.

"YOU SON OF BITCH!!!" Dad yelled.

"Please Daddy leave.. don't hurt me.." I cried.

"You wanted your mother that fucking slut... Listen Eric you're a Carter and this is your Fucking home and I'm your dad.. never disappoint me and disobey me..did you get it?" Dad yelled.

"Yes daddy please don't hurt me I'll do whatever you want.. please leave me.." I pleaded.

*Dream ends*

"Eric!!! Are you okay? Eric!!" Sam asked.

I woke up and saw my sorroundings and where am I? And why was I crying ? Why Sam is here?? What happened to me? Is this hospital?? Where is Eva and what happened?? My mind was exploding with questions then I glanced at Sam and he was so worried, I can see his eyes was red and got dark circles. As if he didn't sleep since week.

"It's just nightmare Eric there is no one here... It's just me... Relax..." Sam comforted me.

"Nightmare? Sam where am I and what am I doing" I questioned Sam.

"Eric relax everything is fine and you were in coma since last week because you got shot in chest and you're lucky because bullet didn't touch your heart so there is no problem okay?" Sam said.

"Who shot me and you know I hate hospitals then why did you bring me here" I yelled.

"Relax Eric we didn't had any choice you were fucking bleeding and I got my mind blank I didn't know what to do so I took you to hospital" Sam answered.

Then I was trying to think everything which happened with me on that day then my mind screamed only one name...

"EVA"

"Where is Eva, Sam? And is she alright? " I asked.

I worried about Eva it's been week I didn't show up her. Is she alright and hope she didn't get any hurt if not I'll hunt those bastards and kill them.

"She is alright Eric and you should be worrying about yourself because you got shot not her" Sam deadpanned.

"I need to see her " I said and started taking all wires from my chest and salines from my knuckles and also freaking oxygen mask.

"Eric you're still weak please just take rest for while..." Sam said.

"No Sam!! I need to see her" I said because I wanted to Fucking see her.

Then suddenly my vision got blurry and I felt dizziness...what is happening to me.

"Eric it's okay relax everything is alright and Eva is okay and safe, please just take rest.. you came back from coma after week."Sam said.

My vision got blurred and darkness sorrounded me. Everything  was dizzy.... only one name escaped my mouth was....
