"You have.." suddenly Angelo came and jumped into bed to me.
"Mommy!!! You're awake! Hurray!" He smiled at me and I smiled too.
"Yeah baby! I am..." I said and he went to Simon.
"Ummm simon... can you go out with him?" I asked him and he nodded.
"Hey man! We let mommy resting and we go to park!" Simon said and I smiled.
When they already left, the doctor took deep breath.
"Well... I start with the bad news.." he said and I nodded.
"You have... tumour I'm really really sorry... we couldn't did anything.." he said it and I just stared at him. I was in shock. My life flashed really fast. I felt like I haven't done anything in my life. What about Simon? What about my baby boy, my family, friends what about my fans???!
"Oh my god..." I mumbled to myself.
"Umm do you want to explain it?" He asked me and I nodded.
"It's in your brain.. the tumour is here..." he showed me his iPad. There was X-ray of my brain and with small black spot.
"It pushed on your memory and slowly destroying your brain cells... you're dying Mrs. Konecki... I'm sorry..." he said and I started crying.
I'm dying.
"How long will I live?" I asked with puffy eyes.
"Umm I don't really know... it could be 5 months it could be one year two years.. you have to be ready for it." He said and I sighed.
"Ohh Okay and the good news?" I asked him and he smiled from ear to ear.
"We saved your baby.." he said and I stared at him.
"Oh my god why? I don't want to the baby born with complications, it doesn't matter but I don't want to let him or her at Simon.." I said as I looked down at bedsheets.
"No.... the baby will be alright... I promise..." he said and I softly smiled at him.
"And.. when I can go to home?" I asked him and he looked into his papers.
"Umm how do you feel?" He asked me.
"Umm Okay.. nothing hurts me so I can go home right?" I said and he smiled at me.
"No.. I'm sorry Mrs. Konecki... how about your leg?" He laughed and me too.
"Umm good... I've tried walking and that was in good way." Of course I lied.
"Hey hey hey... don't lie to me... you're woke up today so you'll be here for another month.. maybe 14 days.." he said with laughter and I nodded.
We said our goodbyes and he left. Suddenly into room invaded Simon with Angelo. He has had ice cream and McDonald's.
"Momma... this is for you" Angelo gave me a balloon on which was his hand drawing.
"Omg! What is it? It's so beautiful peanut thanks..." I said and Simon picked him up and placed him on my bed.
"This is you this is dad who gives you kiss and this is me with Louie." He smiled proudly and I rubbed his blond hair.
"Omg so sweet thanks" I gave him kiss on his forehead and he hugged me.
I love this from peanut.
