"Miss Adele... Adele.." the doctor woke me up. It was my gynaecologist.
"Oh sorry... Umm hello.." I said and I sat up.
".. your babies are good... and you're doing well too so.. I think.. three more days and you can go home..." he smiled at me and I said 'ok thanks' then he left.
My girls were asleep and suddenly the doctor came.
"Umm Miss Konecki?" He called me.
"Umm who are you?" I said.
"Oh gosh... it's stronger...." he said and I didn't know what he say.
"Oh sorry... I'm doctor Collins... don't you remember me? I was with you at the car accident... and I was your obstetrician" he said and I recognised him.
"Oooo yeah I know you.." I said and he took a deep breath.
"Yepp... all right.. you have tumour... you know?" He asked me and I nodded.
"Ok... I have results..." he said and I started be nervous.
He gave me the papers and then I read the first sentence.
"The tumour is destroying the brain and memory cells really fast." I read it to myself. I started crying.
"Are you Okay?" He asked me and I nodded.
"Umm yeah... but-" suddenly in the door came Simon.
"Adele? What happened? Something with girls?" He said and I nodded with my head that no.
"Si-Simon... come h-here please..." I said and he sat beside me.
"So.. I let you here... I'll come later for another examination..." The doctor said and he left.
"What happened?" He said and I hugged him.
"Simon... I- I have t-the tumour....."
