Chapter seven Ryans POV

      I see Alice pass out in her bathroom. I get up from her bed and run into there to help her. I call 9-1-1 and they tell me an ambulance is on its way.

    We arrive at the hospital and they rush her into the back room.

" Someone tell me what the hells going on! Is she ok?!" I yell realising that I have yet to call Jason. I reach for my phone and dial his number. I tell him everything and he says that he will be here as soon as he can.

     I sit in the waiting room for what seems like forever.When Jason walks in. A few moments after he arrives the doctor walks over.

" You must be Alice's family. I'm afraid I have bad news. Alice's appears to have stage three leukemia. I'm very sorry. We can start treatment next week." The doctor says as we walk to her assigned room.

   I see her laying in the bed and I feel the hotness of tears threatening to escape my eyes. I attempt to blink them away but instead they start pouring down my face.

   Jason leaves to make some calls and I sit down next to Alice. She starts to wake up and I put my hand on hers. She looks at me and smiles.

" Ry, please lay down with me. What's going on.......?" I hear her voice crack at the question.

   An hour later she knows everything. I wipe her tears away with my thumb and she does the same.

" I will never leave you Ally. I love you................ please do me the incredible honor of........being my girlfriend. I promise I will always protect you. I'll never leave your side." I say as she cuddles deeper into my chest.

" Of course I said I love you didn't I?" She says and this time the tears that threaten to escape my eyes are happy.

  I will never leave her. I here by vow to always love and protect Ally. She presses her palm to mine and I see and huge difference in the size. She giggles when she sees the difference. That laugh and that smile are what's going to get me through the hard times and make the good times even better.
