Hold me tight

Chapter nine Travis's POV

      I look down at Kendall sleeping on my shoulder. I smile at how sweet she looks. She puts up this bad ass bitch act but I know deep down she has a really  kind heart.

    Kendall, Alice, and I have been best friends since we were ten. Alice used to have night terrors about her dad. Her dad was a drunk and he used to abuse her and her brother. Her mom left when she was three,she never came back.
   Flashback ten years ago

   We all laugh at Alice who was making a silly face.

  " Alice quiet down dad's asleep and you don't want to wake him up." Jason says with a warning tone. She sit is her rung out at him and begins to jump on the bed.

" IM A LITTLE TEA POT HEAR ME SHOUT!!!" She screams mocking Jason's words. We hear a loud sound and she stops and sits on the bed with tears in her eyes. Jason makes Kendall and I hide in the closet.

" Come here you little bitch!!" There dad yells as he grabs her and he pulls off his belt. Alice screams and Jason trys to make his dad let go but he can't. His dad grabs him by the neck and throws him out of the room.

  He smacks Alice in the face with the belt until she starts to bleed. He grabs her by the hair and slams her face into the wall repeatedly.

  Jason runs in and jumps on his dad's back trying to save Alice. I hear a little muffled cry. I look beside me to see Kendall crying and holding her hand over her mouth. I embrace her in a hug and we wait for it to be over.
       End flashback
  I look at Alice and realize how much this girl has been through. She is so strong, she still remained nice through all of the hell she's been through.
