This section features three of @Monst3rs stories. She writes beautifully, and her stories kind of tear apart my soul, although she most likely doesn't mean to. This lovely writer has written many wonderful books, but I have only read three, which was such a pleasure.
The Other Side of the Tracks
Meadow and Grayson have been best friends since grade three and they couldn't be more different. Meadow is the happy, carefree type while though easy-going, Grayson is brooding. They truly think that together, their bond is strong enough to take on anything, but can they take on this?
Meadow's frail heart only has a few months left to beat inside of her, even with assistance. The only way she'll survive is with a transplant, but being on the bottom of the waiting list, she's looking death in the eyes rather than getting the surgery.
Meadow knew she was going to die, but she had no idea that it would be without her best friend.
Spritual, Short Story
COMPLETED.
I'm not gonna lie: this book made me cry so, so much, but it is fabulously bittersweet.
As I Am
“Do you want to talk? You know, about everything?” Evan asks. He’s staring up at the star-covered sky as he holds our brown bag of French fries.
I finish my sip of my vanilla milkshake despite not wanting to stop and follow his gaze. The stars twinkle against the black and wish I had brought my camera. Somehow I thought that bringing it on our maybe-maybe-not date wasn’t appropriate.
“I don’t know,” I smile, “everything seems like a lot of talking.”
Alabama Reed has fooled herself into thinking that this could work and she knows it. With an accident she's trying to downplay and a loss she can't seem to forget, things aren't looking good.
So Bam's parents do the only thing they can think of; they take their daughter and drive her halfway across the country to sleepy Mermaid Bay to live in an empty cottage for the summer.
Things quickly start looking up when Bam realizes the newspapers don't cover news that happens hours away, but as soon as she starts making friends and secrets of her past start unraveling, Bam finds out that you can't always run from your past - even if you actually run away.

This book made me cry, too, but it really hit home with a hammer. I was blessed to be on the wonderful journey from the very first chapter to the last, and every minute of it was amazing.
Where We Left Off
After escaping their abusive father, sixteen year old Stevie Greenwood and her younger sister Isabelle flee to the only place that they've ever called home, Greenwood Plantation. They return to their Grandfather who's been taking care of the place along with their mother, who's suffering from a serious mental illness. Coming back, they think that everything will be normal again. However Stevie quickly learns that we can't always pick up where we left off.
Spiritual, Teen Fiction
COMPLETED.
This was my very first story that I have ever read written by @Monst3rs. When I tearfully completed this story, I was like, "I have to have some more of this."
