 ~Kristanna~

A few weeks had passed and no had seen any sign on Elsa or Hans anywhere. Not even the guards from the Southern Isles who had gone out in search of them.

Anna was still in Arendelle, working as the temporary queen. But now she was starting to worry about Elsa. She had been gone for a little over a month now. All the work had become stressful for her. Not because it was too much for her, but because she couldn't stop thinking about her sister and where she could be.

She was upstairs in her study when she came across a letter addressed to her, and it was from the Southern Isles. 'Oh no,' she thought. She began to breathe heavily. This letter could have the answer to the question she'd been asking herself for a month; where is Elsa?

She hesitantly opened up the letter. She read its contents carefully.

She had gone missing. She tried to stay calm, but failed. She let out a loud cry, almost a shriek. Kristoff came rushing into the room. "Anna, what's wrong?" he asked in a panic.

She turned towards him, tears in her eyes. She handed him the letter. "It's about Elsa."

His eyes widened. "Oh god," he whispered. He took the letter from her hands and began reading:

 'Dear Princess Anna,

I thought you would like to know about your sister’s whereabouts. She was here in the Southern Isles for a bit while Hans was being put on trial. But when we sent him into solitary confinement as punishment, she broke him out. They escaped and ran off somewhere. We are sorry to say that we don't know where they have run off to. I've sent out my best men to go out in search for them, but they come back with nothing. I was wondering if you'd be willing to work together to find her and my brother. If so, please let me know. We'd be happy to work with you.

         Thank you for your time,

                 King Claudius'

"Wow," was all Kristoff could say after reading it. He walked over to give his wife a hug. He knew this would be hard for her to handle. Her sister had already run away from her once before and she didn't handle that well. "So do you want to work together with the King to try and find them?"

"I guess, what other option is there?" she asked to no one in particular as she stared off into nothingness.

Kristoff sighed and placed his hands on her shoulders. "I'll go."

"What?" she asked, wiping a few tears from her eyes.

"I'll go with the King and his men to try and find them."

"But what about Kelda? You promised not to go out until Elsa got back."

"I know Anna, but what other choice do we have."

She just shrugged and shook her head. "What if I take her with me," he suggested.

"I don't know Kristoff; this could be a dangerous journey."

"She's been out with me before. I don't think it will be that bad anyway. She's still young; she won't understand what's going on. She'll just think we're going out ice harvesting. She'll be excited to go."

She sighed and thought for a moment. "Alright, if you think it's a good idea then I'm all for it."

"Alright, I'll go get ready." He gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I don't know when I'll be back. But when I am hopefully it will be with Elsa." She tensed at his words. "Anna," he sighed. "I don't want you worrying about us ok. You have enough to worry about here with all this paper work. Don't even think about us, just worry about all this work."
