I sat next to astrid still looking at her

she does'nt notice me cause she's busy doodling her dog

wow I can tell she's good at doodling

"excuse me?" she said, she noticed now

"oh...uhh hi?" I said Awkwardly

damn!! why am I so nervous?

"your starring.... arghh!!! do I still have powder in my face?? damn ruffnut!!" she cursed whisperdly

"uhh n-no its just....umm... your realy good at doodling who's the dog in your doodle??" I asked

she smiled

"its my dog, stormfly, she's a st. bernard" she said

"and the guy next to it??" I asked

her face dropped into a frown

" that's my dad henry hofferson, he's the general of berk national army" she said

"so.... where is he?" I asked

"some place far away, very very far...." her expresion was like she's going to cry

"ok class, im going to partner you up, you will write something about your partner 8 pharagraphs

so im gonna partner up.... maddy jones and peter roberts...." and so on and so forts

"astrid? you ok?" I asked

"yeah Im fine, by the way I didnt know your name yet..." she said smiling forcefully

"Im hiccup haddock III" I said

"the mayor's son?" she asked

before I could answer...

" hiccup haddock III and astrid hofferson you partner up" mr. evans said wich made me happy that I wanna scream like a fab girl saw her Idol or something

"so what's the project again??" she asked

"oh were gonna write somwthing about our partner 8 pharagraphs" I said

"ouch...realy hate english" she laughed "so at your house?? at dismissal??" she asked

"sure my dad wont mind it" I said

she smiked and went out

what the? am I dead or something?

I then saw her doodle on her sit, she might forgot about it so I took it and went outside and go to the library to return the book I barrowed yesterday

"how's school?" dad said as he heared me coming in

"its fine dad, so better than everyday!" I said happily

"why?" dad asked

"you might dont wanna know, private stuff" I said as I put my bag down then toothless came from the kitchen and greeted me with licks

"haha miss you too bud" i laughed

"so how's jack? didnt see him visiting" dad said

"well he has future father-in law problems and he's still rude as always" I said happily as I jumped on the couch

I didnt ecen know Why Im so happy??

"uhh....hiccup?? are ypu sick or something??" dad asked curiously

"no, why?" I asked

"your kinda a bit....different" dad said curiously and mentaly freaked out

"nevermind dad, Ill just go up on my room" I stand up and came upstairs

Stoick's POV

seriously? what's wrong with my son??

he's always annoyed when I asked him things but now.....he's like a million dollar winner

then someone knocked on the front door

I opened it and....

"good afternoon mayor.... is hiccup there?" a girl just like hiccup's age came

what the? is this why?

"y-yes uhh..." I said still didnt know the girl's name

"uh astrid hofferson sir" she said

"ohh yes henry and natalia's daughter is it? well he's upstairs" I pointed to the stairs

"oh thanks mayor" she said and came upstairs

my son and a girl alone on his room??????

Astrid's POV

ok I thought talking to mayor stoick was scary but.... the scariness went out when I noticed he talks just like hiccup well not super alike but it just have the same aura or something

I got to the door of his room and knocked gently

"who's there?" a voice said, obviously hiccup

"its me astrid, english project partner?" I said

" uhh okay wait just a sec" he said and I heared alot of thud noises and then he finally opens the door

"what was that about?" I asked curiously about the thud noise

"nah just a nail for a picture frame" he said

"okay, so.... how do we start the first pharagraph?" I started

"first we need paper and pen" he jokingly said

"haha good one haddock" I laughed

then we started asking each other about ourselves

"so... what's your favourite food??" I asked

"definitely cooked fish not raw fish and lasagna" he said

"....and your long time crush?? Im not gonna write it on the paper just asking" I asked smiling teasingly at him

"oh men!! geez....uh... can we talk about something else??" he asked realy blushing hard

"oh come on! you can tell me" I smiled reasurringly at him

"you" he mumbled too loud for me to hear

"me??" I asked surprised

"uh n-no! no I mean.... you...who's your crush??" he asked  nervously

why did I feel weird??

"uhh I dont have any, I'd rather be a sheild maiden" I said

"why?" he asked

" becouse Im still not into those kind of stuff" I shrugged a little

"well maybe you have'nt found the right one yet or you just did'nt notice it was right infront of you....no!!....I mean...." He stammered for words wich make me giggle

"maybe it was" what the? what am I talking about?

"what?" he asked unbelievably

I blushed realizing what I said

"oh I mean....its getting late so I should get home now" I said standing up and grabbed the paper

"yeah its a bit dark so.." he said awkwardly

" yeah bye" I said

I quickly go down stairs hopping that he didn't notice how red am I

and I saw mayor suspecting a look on me

"bye sir" I said and quickly get out and run to my house

I came to my room and took a full bath and change into my pj's

"well maybe it was him" I said to myself being kinda girlish

well Im not girlish

this just happens rarely to me....
