"There's no-one, it's probably been a long night Miss-what-was- it again?"

"Nori" she bluntly made known. "Right, i'll be heading my way but please keep this discrete if you value your life"

"Understood, farewell, Nori"

Who was Nori? You thought to yourself she seems intimidating enough, maybe it was either a family friend or some outsider. Getting back from your thoughts you realised you were still in the hall, and scurried off before causing more trouble.

"My safe haven! How long I've missed you!" You said to your chambers and ran to the comfort of your blanket, and let the everlasting joy of sleep overtake you.

"A good laugh and a long sleep are the two best cures for anything"

"Lady [Y/N], wake up from your slumber" the soft voice of Senia disturbed your peacefulness.

"Leave me" slightly annoyed, "just a few more minutes" hiding yourself from the impeccable daylight.

"I'm afraid I can't, the queen informed to wake you up as it's the day of the engagement party and you need to wa-" Jolting up from your bed and slightly scaring poor Senia. "engagement party?" you suddenly outburst. She nodded in agreement, and in her hands were a few dresses.

"Oh" was all you could say while staring at the dresses which were disgustingly bright. "Your mother told me you have to look presentably well, and she hand picked these three dresses." Senia casually said. You looked at the three dresses which were surprisingly lilac and blue with fine stitching 

"Right Princess [Y/N] will you strip down so I could put these on for you?"

"Ye- Wait what?! No i'm capable of putting a simple dress on" you gestered with your hands

"Sweetie, no need to be insecure i'm a maid and its required for me to dress you up"

...

After a few painstaking minutes you finally had your [F/D] on, and Senia on the other hand was tearing up on how beautiful you looked. " Like a little doll Princess" she sobbingly said. "If I were a man i'd know who i'd choose" Senia inaudibly spoken. You turned around quite confused and asked your maid one question. 

"If it's my brothers engagement party/wedding party why do I have to attend for what it's known he's always been treating me like I have nothing to do with the family" you sighed. Your serving maid didn't know how to reply but rather hugged you tightly and reassured you.

"Ah my darling, you've arrived and look absolutely divine" your father said cheerily on the other hand your mother just rolled her eyes. "Go ahead and say hello to your brothers fiance if you have any intellect that is" she sarcastically said.

You walked on without any word and saw your brother devouring the whole glass of wine while a lady had her arm around his and was giggling a lot. The awkward part of going to your brother is starting small talk with him and his fiance.

"Hi, Brother, and.. seems like wife, mum told me to say hi." you bluntly said. The lady seemed surprised and chortled. " Oh, I have a sister in law, cute. Your brother is surprisingly husband material  I may say, tell me is he good i-" Without finishing her sentence your brother splashed wine on you.
