Chapter 1
As I opened the door to entered the cold winter day a gush of peircing cold wind hit my body. Sending a shiver down my spine. Slowly and carefully I made my way down the steep slippery steps to meet my friends.
" Hey Anne" Kayla shouted while waving at me " get your butt over here before you freeze it off."
Laughing I started to jog over to the big group. Suddenly my foot slipped on a patch of ice and I fell backwards. I waited for the pain of the impact but it never came. Instead I felt an arm holding me inches off the grouund. I quickly open my eyes to find I'm staring into gental light brown eyes. My cheeks start to feel warm and I stand up and brush myself off trying to recover from embarrassment.
As I turn around I find myself staring and a tall cute guy with light brown hair to match his amazing eyes.
" I..I'm so sorry " I studdered " it was an acc-" he held up his hand to stop me from what I was about to say.
" It's all good you can't apologise for the winter" he chuckled his accent was like a dream it sounded Sccotish " just be careful where you step next time. My name's Jake by the way. " He smiled his smile was so perfect I stared in awe.
" Um sorry my name's Annabelle but my friends call me Anna " I replied trying to smile back " are you new around here, its just i haven't seen you around here before."
He nodded "ya my family just moved here from Scotland, listen I really wish I could chat but I have to go get my classes for tomorrow." He stuck out his hand for me to shake, I was a little shocked by this but i shook it anyways and he said gooybye and ran off.
I stood there stunned for a momment pondering what had just happend. I had just the hotest guy ever.
