Chapter One

"Ava lets go now." My mom shouted from downstairs. I got my last two boxes from my room.

"I guess I'm going to miss this room." I let out a sigh. I took one more last look at my room. I walked downstairs and saw my

mom still holding the keys on her hands.

"Ready to leave?'' my mom said. I nod my head and started to head out the door. I saw the sign saying "House for Sale".

I put the two last boxes into the moving truck. I close the back of the truck and told guy who's was driving it. "Are you sure that's it?" He ask me again.

"Yeah I'm sure." I smiled at him weakly. He nod his head, and started the truck. Soon he left and found myself inside my mom car. She finally came inside and started the car.

"Are you okay?" My mother ask me.

"Ye- not really I'm going to miss this place or town?" I laughed a little.

"Ava this is for the best." My mom told me for the millionth time.

"I know." I look out the window and saw my old school. I guess I'm going to miss this school

Too. I let out a sigh and started to get on my phone, I went on Instagram. I scroll down my timelines, and liked random pictures.

I saw my friend Becky who's keeps on posting about this boy from a app called vine. I decide to comment on her post. A few seconds later she replied to me. I can image her face when I said that.

"What your laughing at?" My mom ask me.

"So Becky posted a new picture of a boy from vine I believe his name is Brent, and I comment on it saying she will never get a chance with him... so she replied to me saying whatever." I began to laugh some more.

"You girls are always weird." My mom said to me. Her eyes are still fixed on the road. I turn on the radio to my favourite station.

''Ava wanna stop at a Burger King for dinner?'' i shook my head, she went to take a turn for Burger King. She parked and turn off the car.

I step out of the car and went inside the Burger King. My mom went hurry inside fast and pull out 10$ out of her purse.

''Hello and welcome to Burger King. What do you want to order?'' the cashier asked us annoyed. I look up the menu and order.

''Oh and two ice coffee.'' My mother smiled at the cashier. 

''What kind?'' He ask her.

''My daughter wants- what do you want Ava?'' She asked me.

''whatever.'' I said. I went to sit one of the empty tables they had here. I watch my mom standing and wating for our food to come.

Soon she came holding a tray coming to the table. I grad my whopper and fries.

''Mom where are we?" I knew we are moving to California for my mom's new job, but I've never been here.

''Oh in Nevada.'' She told me. When we finished, we got back into the car and listening to music.

This is the longest ride to California. I wish we can go to my old house, and me being with my friends. Thinking of friends I still haven't text Becky yet! I went on my messages and see three people messaged me.

Becky Da Girl: Girl Im going to miss you :'(

Me: Me too:( but i hope i can vist you

I turn off my phone and went to sleep.
