Dear Diary, today I'm going with mommy and daddy to the park for a picnic! I know how I sound isn't much of a 5 year old but that's just how I am. You understand me. Anyway, I can't wait! It's been forever since we've been out together! Today will be perfect. X3

Entry 1 (continued)
Dear Diary, today was the worst... a man with a strange tattoo came up and shot daddy in the head then again in the chest... Mommy held me trying to protect me but... the man shot her 5 times and they ended up hitting me too... I-I was the only one alive since a man with long turquoise hair saved me... he said he'd take care of me from now on. I miss mommy and daddy... they died for no reason... I feel like my emotions died with them... I feel nothing now... The kind man who saved me took me to the hospital where I am now. I'm in ICU at the children's hospital- whatever that means. They did surgery to remove the bullets and said I shouldn't have any scars since I'm only 5. The man never leaves my side unless it's to get a drink, snack or the bathroom. He told me his name was Dartz and that he was my godfather. He's the head of a branch in an organization for secret agents. I asked him if there was any way for me to thank him for saving me and he said to become an agent. He said that if I become one I can save people from my fate and protect them. I told him I would, because no one should have to go through what I did... He said that I'll need a partner and when he said that my best friend Jounouchi came bursting through the door. He said, "I'll be his partner! No way am I letting my best friend be something without me!" I had to smile at that; he always knows how to cheer me up and make me smile and laugh. He's the greatest best friend you can have! Well diary, I'm going to get some rest. Talk to you later.
