Emi and Paul were on the starting line,

The first chapter of their married life.

What once was two, has now become one,

Everyone rejoiced their blessed union.

Emi was an engineer, Paul was a police officer,

Both strived hard to build a brighter future.

Both were excited for a family of their own,

Prayed for cute daughters and mischievous sons.

But somehow, their family was not meant to be,
