I head to the gym in the school and Nikki stops me. "Bri you ready for the game?" she says. "YESSSS! yet i'm scared cause i got to serve and probably be in most of the game and it's my birthday and ahhh" I say nervously.
"Well let's head into the gym even though we're a little early"
We head into the gym and there's balloons and a table with a cake. My teammates are screamed,
"Happy Birthday!"
"AWE GUYS THANK YOUUUUUU" i smile and walk over to the table. Coach comes towards us and says, "Okay ladies lets get a practice in."
*time skip to the ending of the game* (25-24)
"Brianna it's your serve you got this girl!!" my teammate says.
I grab the ball and go behind the line. I throw the ball up and hit it.
"I got it!" two of the girls say as the bump into each other, leaving the ball in the air as it hits the floor. The whistle blows and it's our point! "YESSSS!!!" i scream as the crowd goes wild. The team runs up to me and gives me a huge hug. We say good job to the other team. After we do that the captain yells,
"LADY CANES ON 3! 1! 2! 3!" The rest of us scream, "LADY CANESSS!!"
I look to the crowd and see Nikki talking to Wyatt? I start walking towards them. "NIKKI IS THAT WYATT?!" I scream towards her.
She smiles and points to the doorway I look over and see Finn. MY FINN. With a bouquet of flowers and chocolate.
I stand there in shock and he gives the flowers and chocolate to my mom standing next to him and I run towards him.
I jump onto Finn and hug him tightly. "FINN WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE HERE" i say sniffling while tears are streaming down my face. He puts me down and wipes my tears away, "Hey dweeb it's nice to see you too." he smiles at me.
"I can't believe you're here Finnie Poo you're cuter in person" i laugh. "You're cuter baby girl. Now let's go out to eat cause i know you're hungry and go get those love birds over there." We look over at Wyatt and Nikki and see them flirting big time.
We walk over to them and Finn says,
"Hey Wikki were going out to eat so let's goooo."
Wyatt looks at him in confusion and says, "Wikki?" Finn laughs, "It's your ship name duhh." "Can we just go eat i'm starving." Nikki says smiling.
