"well... it was your typical engagement type of story. i took her out for a romantic meal and got on my knee at the end of the meal," the audience, including the interviewer awwed.
bill quietly laughs, running his fingers through his hair. "you should have seen (y/n)'s face. she looked so shocked and instead of saying yes... she actually asked me if it was a joke."
the interviewer takes a sip from his water and almost chokes when bill says the last part of the sentence. "i can't believe she said that! of course she said yes after?"
bill nods in response, "i told her that it's not a joke, so of course she screamed and said yes. (y/n) is crazy, but that's why i love her."
