Gossip and whispers were heard throughout the town that day. Many people searched and looked for little'oh Kaori Hamamoto, but had no success in their findings. Crime wasn't really popular back then in the small town I lived in, so it wasn't really a big surprise that the search for her ended so quickly. Town people here only care for drama, which in this case, lasted about a week and a half; before they found something better to stick their nose into.
That day I was shaking, running and tripping all over my kimono on the way home. It suddenly became rainy, as if the gods knew about my horrendous sin... I became dreadful and almost..regretful. By the time I made it home, the sun had already gone down at this point, leaving the sky dark and cloudy. I watch the clouds stroll past, as the droplets hit my dirty face leaving me helpless in thought. I then slowly roll my head down to look at my incredibly moist feet, that have been left bare. Slowly laying down on the porch I stretch my muddy and wet hands in front of me in the air, absorbing them.
Why did I push her?
What should I do??
Was I wrong...for doing it???
The thoughts cloud my mind, just like the sky, abandoning me to think of a way out on my own. Suddenly I hear the sound of foot steps behind the slide door. Not bothering to sit up I lay there with my hands placed by my side's, as my mother's voice grew closer and closer. "rUMbLe", the sky roars as the storm grows, flinging flashes of light across the sky. Naturally the rain follows behind, drizzling heavier,
"hello demon." I spoke out to the entity hovering over me.
My body is then dragged once again by this familiar hand entangled in my black sooty hair. I grunt and squirm in remorse, leaving behind me a trail of mud, almost resembling that of old blood; I Plead and sob, wanting the excruciating pain to subside, for what seemed like an eternity, never truly did. My numb back settled itself on the smooth icy ground, as the motion comes to a complete and abrupt stop, finally reaching a destination.
I rest my solid body on my elbows, watching the Kune-Kune (urban legend in japan that people are usually told not to look at) bravely with a stale face. *Squu-eeaak * She swiftly turns on the hot water in the tub, substances filling it to the rim with steam, every inch of water floods me with fright as my bravery shatters.
I frantically try to stumble out of the bathroom, failing each and every attempt to lift myself off the tile-floor. Over and over, I slip and fall onto my stomach, caving in to the feeling of fear.
"No! NO- no! P-Please Don't! Please!" I screamed in terror, forced to observe her as she shakes off her hands into the tub and strides towards me,
"NO! No-" Without a word she grips my wrist, pulling me up to her waist; I continue to struggle as my tears fall and disappear into the steamy water. Almost instantly my face is met with the hot liquid as it throbbed and burned against my flesh. Instinctively yanking away from it , I scream once more. "..AHHHHHHH!"
The water splashed about onto the tile , as I scuffle for air. She then grasps the back of my head and shoves it into the "Bath" for a second time. I place my hands on the edge of the tub, kicking and fighting her, but she, not even once, let up on me. Ultimately I tried to claw at her hands, jab at her stomach, but NOTHING worked. Every-time I did, her grip just got tighter and I knew she was trying to kill me. Mockingly she waved my head in the water, bubbles floating about as I silently scream.
My vision began to blur as more and more bubbles fly out of my mouth unable to keep them within. "Is this the end??" I thought, as I began to drift into darkness.
