"Skylar!"I turned around to see Jack. He gave me a big hug and I smiled slightly. It had been so long since I had seen him. "Hey Jack. I missed you." I said. He finally let me out of his hug "I missed you too." He said smiling. I noticed three guys walking in our direction and smiled. In the distance I could see Alex, Rian and Zack.

I ran up to Alex and gave him a hug. "I missed you dork." I said squeezing him tight. "I missed you too. How have you been? Has the therapy worked? Have you stopped your self harming? Have you- sorry I'm asking too many questions aren't I? I haven't seen you in so long. I missed my best friend."he said hugging me even tighter. I blushed.

I've have been in love with a Alex since I met him in eighth grade. I was so happy to have him a friend like him he cared about me, and always looked out for me. We were close but, I wanted us to be more than friends. I knew that would never happened since Alex only thought of me as his best friend. I've tried getting over him but I never could.

We finally pulled away and I walked over to Rian and Zack. "I missed you weirdos too." I said smiling and pulling them in for a hug. I walked back over to Jack "So, can we go now?" He nodded and we headed for the car.

*At the house*

I unlocked the door and walked inside while the rest followed. "Everyone go to the living room now! I'm bringing Home Alone and some snacks."Jack yelled. I plopped myself down in between Alex and Zack. Jack came running in with a bunch of junk food and set them on the table while handing the DVD to rian.

Once the movie started playing Alex turned to me and whispered "We need to catch up later." I smiled and nodded. Towards the middle of the movie,I laid my head on his shoulder and fell asleep.

I woke up and seen the end credits rolling. "I'm going to bed Jack."I said rubbing my eyes and standing up."Alright night Sky." he said smiling. I turned to Alex and said "Night dork." He smiled back and my heart skipped a beat. "Night weirdo."
