Chapter 3: €Awake€

Telsa got everyone through the bridge into the autobot base.
Now Knockout and her worked to move Megatron.
They rolled the berth through the bridge.
Everyone watched their leader on the medical berth.
Optimus looked at him and then at Telsa.
"He did not come up in our conversation." He stated.
"Is him staying here a problem because he hasn't woken and I doubt he even will." She snapped.
Knockout put a servo on her shoulder in silent reminder.
Telsa sighed.
"Even if he does...He won't attack or- .....You have nothing to worry about." She reassured.
......
Knockout and Telsa attached the wiring to Megatron's chest and torso again.
Telsa put her servo over his spark.
She sent him love through their bond.
His spark plate warmed under her touch and she smiled.
"His Spark patterns have picked up." Knockout smiled at her.
"Good." She said and kissed Megatron.
Then red lights started to flash and an alarm sounded.
Telsa ran down the hallway with knockout.
"What do you think it is?" Knockout asked.
"I don't know." She replied.
They rounded the corner and joined the decepticons. They parted for her and her second in command followed.
"Bezerk report." Telsa ordered.
"Elites." He said.
Telsa's optics narrowed.
She walked up to Optimus.
"Where?" She asked him.
He recited the coordinates.
"That's near Alaska. Why Alaska?" She said.
"It has to be a key or some type of relic." Bud said and typed something into the computer.
The map zoomed in and a dot was signaled.
"Looks like the outer reaches." She said.
Wheeljack came up behind her and she tensed.
"How many?" He asked.
"Hard to tell. They have some sort of jamming tech." She said.
He stared at her as she typed something.
"Buut....I think I can get.." she typed faster as if figuring something out.
"Through! Okay looks like 30 west 19 East. This a total of 49 troops." She said. "And we can take em'" she smirked at Telsa.
"Good work Bud." Telsa beamed.
"I live to serve and serve to please." Bud said enthusiastically.
"Okay we've got the place now we need the strategy." Telsa said.
"I believe we should confront them here." Optimus gestured to the map.
"And you can take them here." He finished.
"Okay. Sounds like a plan." Bud said.
"We need to split up." Telsa said.
"Huh?" Bud and knockout said.
"Limited resources." Telsa winked.
"Wheeljack and you were on the same squad right?"
"Yup!" "Yea but-" they said at the same time.
"Then pair up with him." Telsa said.
"No. Wait. What?" Bud panicked.
"you did this on purpose!" She whisper yelled at Telsa.
"And your with me." Optimus Said to Telsa.
"Wait what?" She said but he had already walked towards ratchet to inform him of the plans.
Once the ground bridge opened, people got with their partners and readied their weapons.
Telsa stood beside Optimus.
"Autobots ready yourselves and be vigilant." Optimus ordered.
"Deceptions, you know the drill." Telsa said.
"And work together." Both Optimus and Telsa said at the same time.
They looked at each other.
"Roll out!" Optimus said.
"Uh or fly!" Telsa said.
Everyone did as told.
Once they made it through the bridge, people ran off to their places.
Bud ran quickly to her place at the foot of the mountain on the Southside. Her and Wheeljack would meet up with the 30 West where Optimus and Telsa were going.
Hopefully the pairs on the North would catch up with the 19 East where Arcee and Bezerk would meet.
Bud continued forward.
"So I never did get your name." Wheeljack said trying to start a conversation.
"Even though I was with you and your group of wreckers for nine solar cycles? Oh and not to mention Telsa said it like 5 times back at base soooooo yea..." She tried to fake laugh.
"Really?" He asked embarrassed.
"Yea." She said and continued on.
He grabbed her shoulder .
"What? What is it?" She panicked.
"Hi I'm wheeljack." He introduced himself.
"Umm I know....." She said.
"I'm attempting to make up for the times I could have introduced myself." He explained.
"Oh.." she said.
"Well.." she hesitated.
"I'm Bud." She smiled and introduced herself.
"Nice to meet you Bud." He took her servo and kissed it like a gentlemen on one of those TV shows that Telsa snuck out to watch with her once.
She giggled and felt her cheek plates get warm.
"Oh stop." She smiled and started to climb the mountain.
Wheeljack smirked and followed her.

Telsa continued up the side of the mountain towards the west side..
"Is her your sparkmate now?" Optimus questioned from behind her.
"Yes." She answered simply.
Optimus was quiet and he stepped onto the next rock.
"Why did you never contact me?" Optimus asked.
"I didn't have the means to." Telsa said.
"There was plenty of technology." Optimus said.
"Let me rephrase that. The same reason I didn't contact you when this whole alliance thing started. I didn't know how." Telsa explained.
"You could've escaped when you heard of us intercepting energon mines." Optimus said.
"Are you looking for a reason to assume I betrayed you? Because I didn't. In fact I distinctly remember running to YOU when you tried to save me months ago. I also remember that you left me behind." I snapped at him.
"I had to protect my Autobots." He said.
"I know that now but before I knew, I often thought myself as one of the said Autobots." She sighed sadly.
"You were and always will be." Optimus was quick to respond.
"I'm the sparkmate of the king of decepticons. I could hardly be considered an autobot." Telsa stated.
"Optimus your still my best friend even though you'd never admit to such a thing but I will never be an autobot. The same reason you'd never call yourself a decepticon. It just wouldn't be right." Telsa sighed.
Eventually they made it up the rocky incline and started toward their marker.
"Ready your weapons." Optimus said.
Telsa transformed her servos into guns.
Optimus did the same.
The peeked around the rock residing in front of them.
30 .just like Bud had warned.
They had miners and other clueless drones.
Now they needed to wait for the others signals.

Bezerk walked towards the wall and noticed Optimus Prime and Telsa nodding at them.
Now they needed to wait.
"Check for Optimus and Telsa." He said to Arcee.
"Why'd you join them?" Arcee asked.
"Seemed like the right thing at the time." He said.
"But your not like them. I remember the day you saved me from arachnids clutches. You helped cliff and Bee get me out. Why?"Arcee asked.
"Again it seemed like the right thing to do." He said not looking at her
"Your lying." She snapped.
Bezerk sighed.
"My carrier was sick and dying. My sparksibling and twin might I add decided to join the decepticon ranks. He was sinister and ready to kill and so I guess he thought it was right for him. Makeshift always did believe he would become a killer. Anyways Carriers last wish was for me to stick with my brother." He said.
"You look nothing like Makeshift." Arcee exclaimed.
"Fraternal Arcee. Fraternal.." he said.
Arcee didn't understand why she shuddered when he said her name. Or why her spark warmed when his was near. Perhaps she was sick?
......
Bumblebee and Bulkhead finally made it to the top and we're greeted from a distance by the other teams.
Telsa held up her servo and brought it down.
The others did the same.
Telsa charged at the nearest Elite.
She shot him right between the optics.
The mech fell.
She replaced her guns for blades.
She sliced down any elite standing in her way.
Eventually the signal was given that all of the outsiders were taken down. But the inside?
A battle cry sounded before Telsa was knocked to her back.
She looked up into the optics of Deathsteel.
His blade was positioned above his hepm and no one dared to move. Except Bud.
She ran towards Deathsteel but he easily swatted her and she flew across the air and hit the rocky side.
Wheeljack rushed to her side.
"You okay?" He lifted her into his lap.
"I've seen worse." She shook her helm.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't queen of the decepticons. You've earned yourself quite the reputation what with all your attacking everyone of my mines." He snarled. "You've become a great pain in my aft."
Everyone didn't dare move as he lifted his sword higher. If they did Telsa would be killed.
"So in order to get rid of the vermin , you must kill it." He lifted his sword higher and brought it down.
Tesla squeezed her optics shut readying for the killer blow.
Only it never met her.
She opened her optics to see Deathsteels sword blocked by another.
Megatron stood over Telsa. His peers straddling both side of her waist as she lied on the ground.
His sword blocked Deathsteel.
Deathsteel pulled back and transformed before flying off.
Megatrons glare never ceased as he watched the mechanic fly away.
Telsa looked at him in shock.
Bezerk and Bud got to their knee and bowed.
Everyone else just gaped.
"Megatron?" Telsa asked.
