Note:

Hey everyone, it's Valentine's day and we wanted to show our appreciation for all the support you've all given to In The Dark and now to Into The Shadows. We honestly never expected anything like this and we're so grateful for every read, every vote, and every comment. So, we were discussing giving you all a gift for Valentine's day and decided that we would do a little bonus chapter, so, because you've been asking for some YoonKook, here it is, Yoongi and Jungkook being fluffy on Valentine's day. 💜
Hope you all enjoy it .

Bonus:

"Yoongi! wake up."
I opened my eyes to see Jungkook sitting on the edge of my bed dressed in a white button down and dark jeans. He stood as I sat up, leaving the room. I noticed that he'd laid out clothes for me as well.
Without much thought I dressed in the baby pink button down and black jeans Kookie left, and followed him into the living room, where I was greeted by him with a smile on his face and his hands behind his back.
I rarely saw him smile, and when I did it was usually more of a malicious grin when he was playing with one of our toys, especially the newest one, but this time it was a smile, the likes of which I hadn't seen since Christmas.
Jungkook pulled his hands out from behind his back revealing a red heart-shaped box and a bouquet of white lilies, violets and peonies. I was slightly taken aback as he stepped forward and handed them to me.
"What's this?" I inquired, slightly confused.
"Chocolates and flowers, it's Valentine's Day Suga, I thought I should do something nice for you" he smiled sweetly before heading into the kitchen to get a vase and water to put the flowers in.

We put the chocolates and flowers on my bedside table and headed back into the living room where he instructed me to grab my coat. I did as I was told before I was pulled out the front door.

As we walked down the street Jungkook placed his arm around my shoulders, his grip slightly firm, using it to guide me along the street.
Every so often he would see someone pass by looking down at their phone or taking a selfie and would shake his head in disapproval. I made a mental note whenever he did this, wondering if this was how he chose people.
I was looking around appreciating the scenery, since I didn't leave the house much, when Jungkook squeezed my shoulder I dared not stray from the guided path.
"You look suspicious, like you haven't been outside in a long time, eyes forward."
I nodded and turned my head so that I was facing in front of me.

After walking for roughly twenty minutes we arrived at a restaurant. Jungkook released my slightly aching shoulder and held the door open, gesturing for me to go inside.
As we stepped inside the air was warm and smelled of cooking meat. There were a few other people in the restaurant, mostly couples by the looks of it.
He greeted the host with a warm smile and requested a table for two, pausing to glance at me with a playful wink. He guided me tightly by the arm to our booth, following closely behind the host. We ordered bulgogi and fried rice, which we enjoyed in near silence aside from the noise of the others in the dining area and the occasional clang of a fork against a plate.
When we finished our meal Jungkook paid the bill and we left in stuff silence. It was nearly dark outside as we walked home which seemingly made Jungkook a bit more calm, since his grip on my shoulder wasn't as tight this time, though it was still there.

By the time we arrived home we were both freezing cold. Jungkook went to the kitchen as I made my way to my bedroom and changed into my pajamas.
He entered the room with two cups of cocoa and set them on the bedside table with the chocolates I had all but forgotten about, before heading to his own room.
He came back to my room a few moments later in his own pajamas carrying his laptop. I moved over to make room for him as he climbed onto my bed beside me and began playing 'Be My Valentine: Charlie Brown'. We laid there watching the movie together until he fell asleep, his head falling from its upright position to rest on my chest.
By now I should be used to the spontaneous closeness from Kookie when he's tired, but it's never been like this. Regardless I let him sleep, he did by me gifts and dinner after all.

Rest well Jungkook,
Happy Valentine's Day
