the begining

It was very surreal to date Archie. After knowing and having a crush on him for so long, it's very weird for him to walk up to you one day and ask you on a date.
Of course he looks at other girls. I don't know what I expected from him, and I know I should leave. It hurts to see him gazing at other beautiful girls all the time. I'm slowly getting sick of him, and I know he is of me too. We both just don't want things to change. We don't want the tension.
"Betty?"
I snap out of thinking. I look up to see Archie giving me a weird look across the table.
"I'm sorry, what were you saying?"
He sighed, taking the cherry off of the top of his milkshake, eating it in frustration.
"I think I'm going to start meeting with Ms Grundy more often. I really want to get better at guitar."
"That sounds like a good plan," I add. "Would she make you pay for lessons?"
He got a weird look on his face that I couldn't detect. He had a lot of weird looks on his face that I couldn't detect lately.
"No, she gives other students free lessons too."
Before I could add anything, the door at Pop's was open with a quiet jingle. I didn't pay any mind to it, but Archie's eyes were wide with wonder.
I turned around to see a beautiful girl, her skin was tan, and her face was something artists would love to draw. I turned back to Archie to see him practically drooling.
I'm not sure how much longer I can do this.

AN- I am so sorry this is so short and pretty dumb. I just have to rewatch season 1 to see how exactly I should write this, but I have a good plan with this story, I hope you guys like it!
