trust is a relative term

author's note

I wrote the entirety of 'trust is a relative term' in two days, over the course of a couple of hours. It's not going to be the lengthiest thing ever, but I hope you think it's meaningful.

Things to be aware of: I made a couple things up for the sake of the story. The band Twenty Seconds Back doesn't exist. Neither do a couple of things near the end, which I can't warn you about because spoilers heheh. Very minor swearing.

Updates will be posted every other day unless I've been swallowed up by the earth or eaten by a dinosaur.

I appreciate constructive criticism, but won't take suggestions, since the story is pre-written.
