Spencer's POV

"Hey. What did Hotch want?" I asked

"He offered me a job. I told him that I could alternate jobs. One week I work here and the next week I work in the lab."

"That's great! When do you start?"

"I don't know. He said he'd tell me. Listen, I got to be back at the lab in a few hours. What do you want to do?"

"Well based on your age and what women your age do, would you like to go to the mall?"

"Although you may be an excellent mathematician and profiler, Spencer, you are incorrect. I'm not an average woman. Doing stuff that most women my age doesn't entertain me. I like reading comic books and going to Doctor Who conventions. Spencer, I want you to know that I will never be an average woman."

"I'm sorry."

"Why are you apologizing?"

"Because I offended you."

"Spencer you didn't offend me. I was just telling you that when it comes to me, I defy the laws of logic."

She takes a step towards me straightens her glasses and kisses me, ever so lightly, on the cheek. She blushed madly. Then looked at the ground.

Marci POV

I started to feel really insecure, so I did what I always do when I'm embarrassed. I stared at the ground. Then he lifts my chin up with his finger so that I'm looking into his eyes. He smiled then kissed me on the lips. It was sweet and he tasted like coffee. Just then Hotch came out of his office. Reid and I jumped away from each other and turned to face the emotionless man.

"I just got off the phone with my supervisor. You got the job. I got her to make an exception. " he said

"That's great. So when do I start?"

"You start whenever suits your schedule."

"Thank you. It's great to be apart of the team."

I turned around and hugged Spencer. I can't believe that I get to work with Spencer Reid.

"Oh, and Spencer, this is an office. Save that for the elevator." Hotch smiled causing Spencer to blush even more.
