Hayes pov

Today I woke up as a 15 year old ( his age in the book was 14 but now he's 15 so it can be a good dating age for him .) I got up and changed into shorts,a California tank top, and my California SnapBack .

I went on twitter and saw all happy birthday comments and notifications , then I decided to tweet . I tweeted "@hayesgrier thanks for all the happy birthdays , and today is the day !"

Fans began to say the day for what but other fans just said it's for my birthday . I decided keep it that way after I tell Allie about my feelings .

I went to the lobby have some breakfast and before I can even sit down everyone tackled me down and yelled "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAYESSSS!!!" all the attention went to us and got a few strange stares . After everyone got off me I went looking for Allie.

I saw Allie by the pool with sam !

Jealously instantly hit me , but I had to ignore it I had to talk to Allie before it was too late .

"Allie !" I yelled , Allie turned around and she saw me she got up and gave me a big hug .

"Happy birthday Hayes!" Allie says .

"Thanks sooo .. um... alli- Allie .." Man this is going be hard I'm stuttering .

"What's wrong Hayes ?" Allie ask in a worried voice .

"Yeaa- uh everything is fine .. But I need to talk to you ... Uhh privately .."

"Uh hmm... Okay let me tell Sam I'm going to talk to you alright .."

Allie walked away to talk to Sam .

Allie pov

I walked away to tell Sam I would be right back . Sam was going tell me something before I left with Hayes , but Sam can wait .

"Hey Sam I'm going to talk to Hayes for a bit , I will be right back ." I turned away but Sam grabbed my hand and pulled me to him . "Sam that hurts let go please ." I say .

"Don't be with Hayes ." Sam says .

"I got to go I will be right back alright ." I reply to Sam , he grabbed my again pulling me away from direction .

"I said don't go ."Sam says in a deep angry voice .

"Why ?"

" Cause I don't want you to go Allie .''

"Sam I'm going to talk to Hayes now ."I was about to leave then Sam grabbed me and pushed me to the ground .

"Your not talking to him Allie !" he yells .

Hayes pov

I saw Sam push Allie to the floor anger instantly hit me ! no one will hurt Allie ! ever ! run to Sam and punched his jaw then ran with Allie to our hotel room .

"Are you okay ?" I ask .

"Im fine Hayes ."

"No your not you just got hurt Allie ."

"Why do you care so much I thought you hated me ?" Allie questions ,Hayes .

The question kept on repeating in my head knowing how to answer it but should I say it .

"Cause -" there was a long pause .

Allie sat next to me on the bed "cause what Hayes tell me ."

"Cause I like you Allie why would anyone hate your long brown hair your cute eyes and your cute annoying laugh Allie . I hate when your sad it brings me down and I never want see you get hurt Allie because I care and I always will ." I said .

Allie eyes went big in disbelief and shock , everything was silent from a long pause . "Hayes-" Allie was interrupted by Hayes crashing his lips on her . Sparks instantly flew around . " I like you Allie ." I whisper .

"Hayes I - " Allie was interrupted mid sentence from the door opening showing Shawn .

"C'mon guys let's celebrate !" Shawn yells leaving the room.

"Let's go Hayes ." Allie says.
