Trying to save it

On the right road?

I'm still trying to get help for Scarlett. She's not awake? I don't know what's going on!! I need someone to help me. I finally get Scarlett up on her feet, I grab the walky-talky and the book. I'm technically dragging Scarlett to the nearest place that I could find. Which was like 5 miles away from where we were. I don't know this place. I set Scarlett on a bench right by a fountain and I looked at the book to see where we were. "Hmmm" I thought. "Let's see. Where is the nearest hospital." I keep on looking at trying to find out where we are and where a hospital is to try to get Scarlett better.... Which should be in a couple minutes.

Then there was this woman that drove by in this very fancy car of hers.... She wasn't driving though.. That's weird. She rolled down the window. She was tall and skinny like Lyra, but she didn't have short red curly hair like Lyra, she had long dirty blonde hair. "What's going on? Are you two girls ok??" She asked. I was still panting from technically dragging Scarlett 5 miles. "I'm alright but my friend isn't though" I looked back at Scarlett on the bench. "I don't know what happened to her! I just want her to get better that's all." I said to the woman. The woman thought for a second, then said, "how about ill take you and your friend to the hospital and we will get your friend all better in no time! How do you think of that?" She asked. I bit my lip and looked back at Scarlett and thought for a wile.

"Well?" Said the woman. "Uh, I don't know if I should because, well because......" I studderd. Then the woman had confusion on her face because she always gets her way, then said, "well I guess that we have to go now, if you want to get our friend better right away you can come with us, but otherwise we are going to leave." "If you leave and I don't go with you, can you give me the directions to the nearest hospital please?" I asked the woman. She thought for a moment, then she got and idea and said, "yes I will, but if I give you the directions you and your friend have to do something for me." "Why would we do something for you when she is hurt and need to be healed!!" I pointed at Scarlett and started running toward her and started crying. "I don't need your help when I dragged her 5 miles away from here I can do this by myself!!" I screamed wile crying to the woman. The woman had a very sad face and said, "wow I never knew that there was a voice in you young child." Yes I guess I did because she made me very mad.

"Yes I have a voice and I'm not afraid to use it in these kind of situations! So leave me be with my friend trying to find a hospital for her!!" I shouted. "We'll be leaving now..... Hope your friend gets better." Said the woman. I just turned around in disgusted and started walking to find a hospital. I was walking and all of a sudden Scarlett starts like groaning... I don't know what she was doing if she was trying to talk or what? "Scarlett are you trying to talk?" I asked her. "Errrrrrrr" she said. "Don't worry Scarlett I think we are almost there.... I think" I said. I don't know where I was. It didn't look like the town I was in when the woman drove by us. Finally I found a hotel. "Come on Scarlett we're going to stay at this hotel till I find a hospital.... MAYBE THE PEOPLE KNOW WHERE A HOSPITAL IS!!" I shouted. I started running towards the hotel then I get to the front door and I just stand there looking at the front door.

I almost drop Scarlett because I really thought it was good for us but then not. I didn't because it looked old and that no body used it. It looked like all crummy and stuff.... Some widows were broken. "Ugggg I cant even find a good place to stay!!" I shouted. Then Scarlett fell and got up. "SCARLETT!! YOUR OK!!" I shouted with glee. "Hmm what happened??" Scarlett asked. "SCARLETT I CANT BELEIVE THAT YOUR OK!!" I shouted. Scarlett looks confused, I thought. "What is going on why are we here??" Scarlett asked. I look sad and says, "I had to drag you more than 5 miles now to try to get to a hospital and now your all better and now I don't know what to do...... I wanted you better. And now we're here in front of a crapy hotel that's probably doesn't have any costumers at all...... Probably doesn't even have business anymore.." Scarlett looks sad. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do any of this..... None" Scarlett said.
