I used to blend in
I used to be dark
When I broke down people noticed
Some asked me If I was okay
They made me stand and share
They made me play pretend
It's like a game
I continue this game each and every day
Hello happiness goodbye pain
Every day I shine brighter and brighter in my own shade of color
I guess I am like a glow stick in more ways than one
I guess I had to crack before I could shine
Now Nothing can dim my glow,
not a single damn thing.

We are all just glow sticks
PoésieI have no idea how many parts to this story there will be. This is simply a series of metaphors poems about how we are all just glow sticks. It makes more sense once to read it.
