Marvin wakes up to a stirring Whizzer laying on his bare chest. Marvin notices the odd amount of sweat radiating off Whizzer's forehead and his breath hitches. "Whizzer baby are you feeling alright?" Marvin whispers as he gently shakes his lover awake. "Mhm" Whizzer grunts, not opening his eyes. "You're sweating really bad love. I'm gonna go turn the AC down." Marvin slips out of his lover's embrace and stumbles to the thermostat and turns it down, noticing the already low temperature the AC was at. Marvin slid himself under the covers and studied Whizzer's sleeping face. Noticing his deeper than normal cheekbones and the dark circles around his closed eyes. Marvin studies his lover's face until he dozes off, unaware of what tomorrow will bring.

Whizzer is up before Marvin. Whizzer's head feels like someone is banging on it, his legs ache with a horrible discomfort, his lungs feel as they've been scraped dry and he is holding back every urge to throw up. His heart jumps when he hears Marvin stir awake next to him. Whizzer pretends he is asleep as he feels Marvin sit up and groan. Whizzer feels Marvin's eyes pinned to him like he is studying every feature on the tall man's face like he will never see it again. Whizzer can't help but grin a little when he feels Marvin tuck him back into bed like he is a child. Once Whizzer hears Marvin leave the bedroom he can't help but to doze off again.

Marvin pulls the car up to the parking lot of the racquetball court. "You sure you feel up to playing today whiz?" Marvin smiles with concern at his lover. Whizzer forces a grin and try's to muster up enough breath to answer, "yeah" he takes a deep breath "Marv, I'm...I'm ok" Whizzer coughs out as he rolls himself out of Marvin's car, loosing his balance a little when his feet hit the ground. Luckily, Marvin doesn't notice how Whizzer struggles to steady himself. Marvin doesn't notice how Whizzer's usually tight racquetball wear looks three sizes to big on him. Marvin doesn't notice how Whizzer's usually competitive attitude is replaced with a sound of jealousy and tiredness. Marvin doesn't notice how breathless his lover sounds when he says he is ready to go. Marvin doesn't notice until Whizzer's knees buckle. Marvin doesn't notice until Whizzer's racquet hits the ground with a loud clunk but the louder sound of Whizzer's now limp body hitting the concrete. Marvin didn't notice until it was too late.
