the doorbell rang and dylan got up from his couch to open the door. he waited for the girls but there stood cole instead.

"hi bro wassup?" he asked with a really confused voice and he let his fifteen minutes younger brother in.

"don't come with the 'wassup' you dickhead!" cole shouted and he snapped the door behind himself. "what are you doing with marley?"

"what?" dylan didn't get it. yesterday cole was at vancouver shooting his tv show and now he stand front of him asking about his ex girlfriend.

"don't play the stupid" cole rolled his eyes. "i know you two are together."

"what?" dylan asked again. "we aren't together. we don't know about it at least" dylan responded calmly. "we are just friends"

"yeah. and the photo you posted yesterday night? and the kissing photo about you two?"

"are you really that stupid?" dylan slapped. "oh my god we are twins you should recognize your identical twin at least!" he shouted. "that's not me on that pic and the girl isn't marley either! it's just a stupid pic from google and a silly article what they wrote because your fans hate marley since the broke up and they wanna more views!"

"what?" asked cole now. "i... i... oh my gosh. i wrote marley a really shitty message yesterday because i was drunk and i thought you two... oh my god" he mumbled and he ran his fingers through his hair. "i'm so so stupid"

"yes you are bro" dylan nodded in agreement and cole gave him a death glare. "sit down and tell me everything because you never told me why you broke up with her. i mean you never told me the real reason"

"yeah maybe i should tell someone" cole sighed and sat down on the couch.

"so when we started to date i was happier than ever, but... then i accidentally saw the girls group chat on lili's phone and i couldn't stand so i read it. and she wrote that she never believed in love and that she was afraid of falling love with me becasue she afraid of being hurt by someone she love" cole explained.

"don't say to me that you..." dylan started but cole didn't let him finish.

"yeah that's exactly what i'm trying to say. i freaked out. i didn't wanna hurt her but i thought i would if i don't make and end to our relationship"

"so you thought you won't hurt her if you break up with her?" dylan asked. he felt bad for his brother. he didn't know how his brother could be this stupid in relationships.

"yeah i think so. but i think i hurt her more like this. and i was afraid of telling her this because i wanna be with her. i wanna be her boyfriend or best friend or just a friend at least. i just don't wanna lose her" cole sighed a tear rolled down his cheek. "i don't know what to do and i'm so jealous of you right now because you are her friend and i'm... i'm not"

"ohh you stupid boy" dylan sighed and he half hugged his brother. "tell her"

"what if she..."

"doesn't like you?" dylan interrupted. "she likes you i know that. don't forget that i'm still friends with her. she was on the edge when she came la and she wanna move on. but if you tell her the whole story you told me... she will forgive you. i promise" dylan said with a half smile on his face and he got up from the couch again to pull cole up too.

"i hope you are ready because they will be here in any minute" as he said that the doorbell rang again.

cole's eyes widened and he jump up.

"if i knew i wouldn't come here" he mumbled. "please don't tell her that i'm here" he asked his brother.

"so what? do you wanna hiding?" dylan furrowed his eyebrows.

"yeah that's exactly what i'm gonna do" cole nodded and he ran upstairs.

"stupid boy it's just the pizza" dylan laughed and he opened the door to pay for the pizza.
