CLAY POT
One could begin with the sun which was bathed like the honey or the birds which were happily dancing to the rhythm of the winds and the trees swaying like the beads on an african young lady's waist.
The morning was peaceful and i could hear rain drops from the roof. Today being Saturday i decided to cook my national dish, But i wasn't lucky enough to get all the ingredients.and i was angry about it.
I raised my head slowly and packed my hair up to a bun and walked energetically to the kitchen.
Salt, pepper, onion, cumin seed.
Ooh crap! I guess i didn't forget anything at the market again.
Raising the curtains up, I washed my hands and began to cut the vegetables and stopped occasionally to check my turkey which was bubbling like the volcano larva.
With every moment passing i kept on looking out the window just to get a glimpse of what was happening i noticed that the cabbage were ready to be harvested.

Well sir, this meal was cooked in a clay pot. As a young girl while growing up i watched with great interest on how my mum usually cook in the clay pot. Mum valued the clay pot as it was her family tradition to cook with it. The cover has to be broken and it has a saying that it gives a good taste to the food.
So it's a family tradition, He asked dropping his cutleries.
Yes and am proud to have witnessed it i replied taking a sip from my water.
It's really nice and spicy also. Said David gesturing to me to help him pass the glass of water.
That's Nigeria for you. I replied passing the water to him.

Starting a new school was kind of been in a place where you look like an alien in class. I was feeling uneasy and was praying for the time to run by.
Biology class was fun so was the chemistry class as i learnt a lot about science.
I met a new girl also in school, Natalie by name the daughter of a rich estate manager. A business tycoon and a well respected man of class.
Natalie by her actions seemed to be a spoilt brat, But i didnt see all that coming until i visited her.
I became uneasy every time she approached me. Kind of a bad influence i said within my self.
Hey Bella!! Shouted David trying to catch up with me. How was the lecture today?He asked trying to catch his breath.
Awesome and weird also, but I'll be fine and also the teachers are more dedicated at bringing out the best from the students. I replied as we walked down the stairs dashing towards the cafeteria.

So guys I'll see you tomorrow said David starting the car.
But David you can't do this, The competition is just around the corner and you cant leave us hanging here.

"Uuhhhh!!. I quit cause am afraid of losing. Look all my life i've kept winning and am afraid am going to let them down.
